I placed my order online on Monday and it said 2-3 working days for delivery. It’s now Friday and I’ve just chased where my delivery is and I’ve been told maybe Wednesday or Thursday next week. So it’s actually 7-8 working days. Not happy as it’s holding up the job.

Didn't have everything in my local branch, but the next nearest branch had it all. And it was only half an hour away. Job sorted.

I went this morning to Chadwicks in Lucan to collect an online order, the chap brought it to me on the forklift and asked me where I had parked as the tub was 20kg, he drove to my car and placed it in the boot for me. Great service!

Click and collect nightmare, never again! Bought a riello burner, which was supposed to be in stock. Order took 2 working days to pick. On arrival at the Naas branch, I asked the security guy where to go. He pointed to the back of the yard. No signage or staff to ask directions from. I went into the ware house and found the door leading to the retail shop. Staff behind counter staring into the computer screens, no acknowledgement. Other staff in a group chatting together, saw me come in but turned away from me . Eventually I asked one of the guys behind the counter was I in the correct spot for click and collect orders, and he took my printout, without saying anything and went in to the back of the counter area. After 10-15 mins he came out with my order and gave me the white copy stamped paid. When I go back to my van an tried to leave the security guy took my docket and then opened the back of the van to check things. He then proceeded to tell me that I should have been given the pink docket. I reiterated that the guy inside gave me the white docket. He just kept repeating himself, telling me that I should have the pink docket, not the white one. I offered to go back inside to get the pink docket but he suddenly changed his tune and sid I could leave the premises. Altogether a really frustrating experience, to collect a small item, uneccasary obstruction from staff who must not be happy in their job!
