Great company, received regular updates, had to email for information and the communication was prompt, friendly and informative. Will definitely use again!

The chair we ordered was grey. They messaged telling me the chair was out of stock and they only had it in black. The black chair was more expensive but they offered me it for the original price. I took the offer as it was a Christmas gift and they didn’t know when the grey would be back in stock. My only problem is that 3 days later the website still said the grey was in stock. They are either not updating their website properly which is poor or they are allowing customers to buy the chair they know they don’t have, then tell them after it was out of stock. People think they are getting a deal because the black chair is more expensive but I think there is something more going on. The chair itself is lovely. Well made, comfortable, great for larger users.

Ordered the Nesta Bariatric Office Chair for my husband who spends hours closeted up with his ham radio hobby, he loves it - excellent build quality & incredibly comfortable. Well, first of all the chair I ordered was exactly as described. It is extremely well made , it looks good, and is is very comfortable.

We received the chair in November soon after ordering it and it was extremely well packed and protected. We didn’t put the chair together until Christmas as it was a present. It was easy to put together using the instructions provided. We are very pleased with the chair - it is comfortable and looks good. It was a very reasonable price. Thank you

I am 6" 3" and my partner is 5" 0" and we both find the chair easy to use over long periods of time.

Chair purchased for company home office. Delivered quickly, product as described, fully functioning order. Slightly uncomfortable build due to a plastic edge on the back rest poking through the fabric, but impossible to tell this from descriptors.

The chair arrived within three days of ordering it, I love it now that its together, other chairs used to be absolute agony fir my hypermobile hips, but now I can sit a lot more comfortably than I used to be able to, If someone was more able bodied, it'd probably be the most comfortable office chair they've ever sat on :D

I had a chair which after 5 years had snapped a couple of screws making it unusable. They were very helpful and sent me a fix pack for £20.
