Hi, after contacting the company about a fault with the rise and fall mechanism on my chair , that I had purchased over a year before , I received a new part within days . The new part was fitted and the chair returned to as new . Many thanks to a first class customer service team. ( there are not many companies left with service like this left ) Regards R.G.H.

Comfy chair, well packaged, good instructions.
After about a month of use its not showing any signs of wear.

It’s not often that you get exactly what it says on the tin, but doing business with this company was totally painless and a pleasant experience.

Would suggest one improvement- check the alignment of bolt/bolt holes. One is out of sync.

excellent service from ordering to delivery ,everything as it said it would be ,and great quality products ,I needed to call and ask a question regarding the fitting together of the chair i ordered and was given an explanation over the phone and an email sent with an attachment showing me what to do , I would highly recommend Chairoffice to anyone ..

Chair came on time, and was easy to assemble with instructions. Being a bigger lad i have had bad luck with chairs, but so far it as lasted and is doing good, and is comfortable.

Paid for chair to be assembled and it was, however it had been assembled incorrectly so that the lever adjust for height etc doesn’t work

Excellent service provided. We are based in Northern Ireland and there was no problem getting the courier provided and the chairs arrived very promptly. Good website, easy to order and arrived quickly. A little daunting to assemble but I am very pleased with my kneeling chair.

My chair was just out of warranty when the main cylinder failed, leaving my nose at desk height. I called, provided the details, the call was efficient and positive, the part wasn't to expensive and was with me in two days.

What would have been helpful is if they sold me the tool to remove the cylinder from the chair and foot assembly, I struggled and end up using blocks of wood and a car jack to separate the parts.

The new part went in without issue.

The chair was delivered early and is very well made and comfortable. All in all I am very pleased with the purchase, both the delivery service and the quality of the chair.
