Nice comfy chair for our home office.
We ordered the chair based on the looks and price. We didn't actually notice the electrical massage side of the chair , and to be honest having now experianced it would not have chosen that option, it's ok but a bit noisey for us. Overall a good comfy chair and perfect for us, would buy again but go for the non massage version (if there is one) to save a few pounds.

Review of my purchase and experiences
Bought a offi e chair on the website. Delivery very was excellent with all delivery inatructiosn followed. Cannot fault. Had a follow up phone call a few weeks later to check if I was happy with my purchase. Don't see that everyday!.

New office furniture - great service!
We order a couple of model chairs and meeting room table. All was delivered exactly when agreed, no issues with helping us get it up to our new office. All really easy to build (wish I'd paid a little more to have them built...) and comfortable and stylish.

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. Avoid this company.
I ordered a chair, they took my money immediately, and since then there has been nothing. No chair, no dispatch confirmation, no shipping email, no tracking number — absolutely no indication that the order is even moving.
When you call them, you are fobbed off with the same meaningless response every time: “someone is dealing with it”. Nobody can tell you where the order is, when it will be delivered, or what has actually gone wrong. It seems like nobody there has any clue what is happening.
I have never experienced such poor communication or such a lack of accountability from an online retailer. They are happy to take your money, but getting a straight answer afterwards appears impossible.
If you have unfortunately ordered from them, I hope you paid by credit card so you have some protection and a route to recover your money.
One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.

Following on from our conversation this morning, I'd like to apologise again for the delay with your order.
As discussed, the delay occurred because we were awaiting an update from our courier regarding the whereabouts of your chair. Unfortunately, we were subsequently advised that the item had been lost in transit.
During this time, you opened a PayPal claim, and we offered either a replacement chair with next-day delivery or a full refund. You chose to proceed with a refund, which was processed immediately.
I'm very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this situation caused. While we always strive to provide the best possible service, there are occasionally circumstances beyond our control that can impact delivery. When things do go wrong, we believe it's important to be honest, take responsibility, and do everything we can to put matters right as quickly as possible.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We genuinely value all feedback, and we appreciate your understanding that, despite our best efforts, challenges can sometimes arise in the real world.

A reallly great chair for my hobby…
A reallly great chair for my hobby room,extremely comfortable , the only downside is that its been hijacked by my wife who's claimed half of the desk for her home office and she really loves the chair and says its far superior to her chair in the office at work . I love it, my wife loves it more though 😀

The chair was a perfect shade of green…
The chair was a perfect shade of green to fit in with our lounge suite and arrived promptly and was easily assembled. It does tend to rock a little even when the "bolt is fastened." It looks very stylish and I am quite pleased with it.
I agree with other reviewers, that phoning before sending the review email is very considerate. Thank you.

A good experience

I do so much appreciate the delay before being asked for a review. So often people are asking for a review before I've even unpacked the kit, let alone given it a bit of use. Well done chairoffice
