Charles & Ivy Avis 

I have been waiting nearly 2 months to receive my correct order.
I was promised that the correct parts would arrive today but they did not.
It takes an hour to get through to customer services so have spent nearly 1 whole day on hold trying to sort a simple order.

Had another delivery today off Charles & ivy the driver Paul could not be more helpful I wish all delivery drivers were like this 👍

Unfortunately several items were missing from the order.
What has arrived is beautiful and hopefully the missing items will not hinder installation too much.
Customer service were helpful when contacted and apologised for the missing pieces and the fact that some of them are on back order as out of stock.
Hoping they should arrive soon.

£4,782 Paid – 34 Weeks Later and Still No Gates

Paid £4,782.39 in full in January for four gates with an estimated 8–12 week lead time. 34 weeks later, I still haven't received a single gate.

There have been repeated delays, changing dates, poor communication and an incomplete delivery attempt in July. I eventually requested a full refund on 15 September and, over a week later, had still received no response, so I've had to chase again.

Extremely disappointing experience. I will update this review if Charles & Ivy resolves the matter.

Norice of delivery time sent well in advance. Updated on the day. The delivery driver, Anthony was very friendly and helpful. Carried goods to storage place and advised on i mstallation.
