Trust Charter Up with your travels
I would definitely recommend Charter Up! We rented a 56-passenger motorcoach bus for a Parish field trip, and it was a great experience.
Our driver Jian was an excellent! He was a skilled driver and helped our women on and off the bus. He carried waters for us and placed articles under the bus. He was very courteous, good natured and punctual and got us to our destination safely and on time.
Our booking agent Becca was so pleasant, experienced and helpful and I look forward to working with her again.
Our billing contact, Jonathan was very easy to work with, professional and polite.
The bus was very clean and in good working order.
Their prices beat their competitors by $1,000!
I have referred them to other churches to use.
You are in good hands with this company.

We had a really good experience with Malcom our driver for the charter …
We had a really good experience with our trip. The bus originally booked a driver named Robert, but it was changed to Malcolm. Malcolm did an excellent job. It was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely book again due to our experience.

First time user
First time user, so I was a bit unsure of the process and a bit hesitant at first but everything was super smooth. The booking was easy, the online portal was solid, and the notifications and handoff to the company/driver all worked really well. Oh, and the pricing was better!

I’ll Do It Again
The driver first of all was great. Thelma arrived promptly both times. Upon arrival
and departure from the casino. I was informed when to make the announcements for the distance to our location, housekeeping and exiting the bus. Great personality.

Seamless Wedding Transportation Experience
We reserved two charter buses for our son’s wedding, and I was worried that coordinating transportation and keeping everything on schedule would add unnecessary stress to an already busy day. Thankfully, the exact opposite happened.
Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, the drivers were easy to reach, and everything ran exactly as planned. The buses arrived on time, departures from the venue were smooth and punctual, and the entire experience was effortless from start to finish.
An A+ experience all around. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable and professional transportation.

The reservation process was easy and the driver was awesome.

Everything perfect!
The last was just a short transfer to the Dulles Int. Airport and everything went very well - on time, both driver and vehicle were OK.
But I used this Company for more services:
The booking process with Keanu Fale and his team for all transfers I used were excellent. I will use the Charter Up services again when in the USA. THANK YOU!

Always there for me
Always there for me. Flexibility, kindness . I had never chartered a bus before and I was so nervous. But the drivers and charter up were always there for me.

The bus and driver were excellent!
The bus was excellent, arrived on time and communication with the driver was easy and clear. This was a city bus tour that included lots of turns. He easily followed directions and the entire group had a great time!

All my request were accommodated. The ease of reserving a bus and tracking the location of the bus the day of was very helpful. The Bus was clean and had no issues. The driver was exceptionally kind and patient.
