The driver arrived on time and was helpful. One suggestion is to have the drivers look at the route before arriving for pick up. The main road he needed to take was closed that day. He figured out another route, but it was a little nerve wrecking wondering if we would be late or not. We did arrive in time.

Our experience with charter up was great! Customer Service really helped me stay on top of the reservation process so that I did not miss any deadlines, which was very helpful as it was a last-minute reservation. The driver was fabulous, he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and he made the trip a lot of fun!
