My drivers were great
My drivers were great! They understood where I needed them to be and at what times. They showed up plenty early so I could give them instructions and that put my mind at ease. I also appreciated how easy it was to make changes to our reservation. I spoke to Luis on the phone and he guided me through all the necessary steps.

I have used CharterUp for the past 3 years for our senior trip to Orlando.
They have always been on time with great drivers. The booking process was very easy online.

I like the responsive nature of agents during bookings
I was not happy when they withdrew completely after contacting the provider
Also pricing was not well explained by agent.Leadibg to a bear misunderstanding and almost cancellation
The provider made up for being on time and courteous
If I have my way will deal with provider directly

Best Bus trip ever.
Great trip. The driver, Adam, was the Bomb!! best driver yet. Bus was clean, smooth sailing to the course and back. Could not ask for more.

Would give them 6 stars if I could
Would give them 6 stars if I could. Terrific. We had a steep hill for the shuttle bus so they brought a smaller back up bus that was safer to get the wedding party to the after party safe a sound. They went to extra mile or 3 for sure. Bravo.

We had a great trip
We had a great trip. Driver Mr Homgi is a very good driver. Very polite and helping person. I give him 5 stars and 10 out 10 counts for his service.
Bus was clean. Two seats were missing cup holders.
It was a very nice experience and sure, we will use ChaterUps service again for our senior group.

It was a very nice vehicle. The driver was professional, arrived on time, polite and waited for us . It was a joyful experience. The first time we've experienced such nice transportation accomodations.

Do NOT use them
Do NOT use them. I chartered 2 buses with them for my wedding in Texas. One of the buses had a broken A/C and the guests had to endure an hour ride in the Texas heat. The windows didn't open, the driver never offered to pull over or let people get water. 30 guests showed up, some nauseous, ALL drenched in sweat. Upon reporting the horrible situation, CharterUP said all they could offer was a $350, end of discussion. I would not recommend using them if you are worried about your riders sanity, once they arrive to your event...
