I made a booking and when I put my D.O.B in the month is the 10th but it automatically altered it to April???
Then I changed it again and after payment was confirmed an email for confirmation was sent with my eticket and guess what..... My D.O.B was changed back to April when I changed it TWICE to OCT and now the company want another £26.00 to change the D.O.B when the ticket cost only £49.00
This company knows its very hard to prove it that they are wrong plus I even know there using a program to randomly alter customers details hopefully I will catch them out in the future n get everyone who's has been conned by them get refunds I wonder how many people have fallen for this scam in all those years this company has been here and most will just pay the extra thinking it was there fault when it wasn't

BEWARE
BEWARE, IT'S A SCAM.
I booked flight using cheap flight few minutes ago and wanted to cancel right away because at the time of the booking there was no mention of charging in USD. There is no way on your site to cancel, i called 1-833-200-3343 no. twice, both times answering machine and i had to leave message.
i called Hahn airline no. 1-800-639-3590 eight times (which was carrier when i selected the flight), busy signal comes with display "user Busy".
i have filled your feedback form online, not sure if anyone checks those?
emailed feedback@cheapflight, but got "address not found" message.
it's not cheap airline, it should be called cheapservice.com.
my ticket says free cancellation within 24 hours and I have tried more than my best to reach out to cancel it's well within 24 hours.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY FLIGHT AND DEMAND FULL REFUND.

got called by a person called Olivia and offered great price for flight to Addis Abeba, and insist on 100 pounds deposit, which i transfer with online banking.. the sad part is these people have an account number and sort code in uk. please avoid all bank online transfer or even entertaining them..

Beware of using this site
Booked a flight through Cheapflights.co.uk, payment was made in good faith but discovered when I got to the airport that the eticket was a fake. Cheapflights deny all responsibility saying they are a free search engine only and are not responsible for the fraud. Bank won't refund the money because of various reasons one of which is that an eticket was issued even though it was a fake eticket.

If i could rate a zero i would! We booked through these con artists! We paid a deposit of £1500 and the agents are no place to be seen! Tickets are cancelled for god knows what reason. I have contacted my Solicitor we are taking legal action against you cheap flights as you are the ones who provided us with fake agents! You should be help liable for these agents. I am gathering other people you have defrauded and together we are taking you to court! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE CONS! THEY BELONG BEHIND BARS NOT BEHIND A SCREEN!!

5th Nov this year I had a phone call…
5th Nov this year I had a phone call from a Joseph Brown claiming to be Cheapflights .
He gave me a quote of 380pds for two for flights next year .
I paid it in full that day and he as i thought gave me E tickets on an email with Jet 2 .
I've tried to get in touch with Joseph Brown by e mail and it comes back Maelor Demon !!
Tried getting in touch by phone ...no joy .
Ive paid 380pds and no flights .
Lesson learnt.
Jet 2 have no record of our names booked.
I'm calling at the bank tomorrow to see if anything can be done .

Fly from vegas to Nicaragua got some good fly price on line but it was charging me adult price for one of the kids, i call they said they said could not fix it, i said ok, then said give me your credit card, then they said fly not available but online still said available, from $430> $720, so i pay $720 then they send me email card decline, so he wroted the # wrong gv the card again, now said seat not available it be $1100 each, no u trying to rip me off cancel everything, then they call me back seat are available now at $750, now a was afraid i was going to have problems later on, but everything when well with the tickets, but im putting this review now to make u AWARE MY CREDIT CARD CALL ME THERE HAVE BEEN CHARGES ON MY CARD AND THEY STOP THE CHARD FELT IT WASN'T ME,, AND IT WASN'T ME SOME HAS THE CARD # RUN IT ON LINE, they were the last people i used the card with, card fraud people from middle eastern sound like. My information must not be safe, good thing wellfargo has good antifraud system

I was looking for a direct flight from London to San Jose - Costa Rica
I was looking for a direct flight from London to San Jose, Costa Rica, and the website appeared to not have found any,while there are direct flights with British Airways, just checked on their website. I find it unacceptable for a website that claims to find best flights to not offer some of the options. Not even sure of the legality of this.

Terrible customer service, I missed a flight and I was lied too about the next available flight managers attempted to over charge me a ridiculous amount whilst the employee or telling a cheaper and completely different price. I had to book a flight with a completely different company. And mangers spoke to me with extreme disrespect.
