Bought a Forza garden football goal at a great price because Box was damaged. All contents were there and all good. Good communications and very quick delivery. Very happy as is Grandson.

Happy customer all round...they sorted a mistake I made when ordering within a few hours via email "no worries". The order arrived in time
The order arrived in time. Exactly same as in photos. We had one leg of dinning table broken at screw fixing point. We highlighted this and they send us 2 legs promptly.
Nice experience and will recommend it.

Avoid buying from them if you don't want headaches.
I ordered a shoe cabinet from them that was listed at a discounted price, specifying that it might come with minor scratches or dents, all good so far. After the product arrived, out of a total of 16 furniture parts, 6 were defective. After lengthy discussions with them, they agreed to replace only one piece that was broken, considering the others to be small dents, even though the actual defect was more than that. I decided to return the product, and at that moment they considered the reason for the return to be "change my mind," and I had to pay to return the product. Avoid buying from them at all costs if you want a product in decent condition and if the product is not listed as new.

As stated in the listing, this item was sold as a factory second and may have minor cosmetic imperfections. We offered to replace the part that was damaged beyond our description — you declined this and chose to return the item instead.

The product had obviously been on our display and repacked into x2 other than the original packaging.
It took two people to lift them up
Cabin beds go upstairs - so I had to pay two guys to unpack them downstairs and take the sections upstairs.!!

The product had clearly been dropped or mishandled during transport, the was a chip out of the woodwork and two hinges were bent.
This was probably the courier.
When I contacted there customer services, they were very helpful and keen to resolve any issues quickly so overall I think cheap furniture warehouse are a pretty good company.
