Wardrobe and draw set bought in black, turned up grey and wood was damaged sent pictures in of this. They are previously been used and taken down, water damaged on draws on the top. I smashed the wardrobe and draws up same day and took them to tip same day. I also did email before i disposed of the item and i phoned the sales person also when they had been put up and saw the damage. I also contacted them and emailed them back straight away.

The first table I received had a massive dent in it. From emailing them, they went above and beyond, amazing customer service from start to finish. Nothing was a bother and sent another table with in a few days. Communication was amazing.

There is no damage at all on the pool table, not even a scratch and all parts, screws, washers, assembly tools and assembly instructions were enclosed.

Very good product already assembled at very reasonable cost only reason for 5 stars is delivery drivers don’t use what 3 words as such rang me 5 times to get directions very nice when they did arrive but clearly dint deliver to rural areas very often

Misleading site.
Selling seconds for the same price as perfect goods on other sites without the 5 year guarantee that would of been provided by other stores for the same price or slightly cheaper.
Refusing to do a return as faulty on a mattress that the stitching is already coming out of and is cheaper in Robert Dyas with a 5 year guarantee included.
Terrible customer services offered a measly 10% off! I'd rather have a perfect one for 10% more and a 5 year guarantee on the mattress instead.
I have to return at my cost! Even though its faulty.
Yet website states returns accepted on faulty items.
Read the small print on anything you're looking at as its not clear on the item listing its small at the bottom that it could be seconds.
The website home page doesn't state this either.
Don't be suckered in by something that isn't a bargain. I got a faulty mattress. I could of had a perfect one cheaper with a 5 year guarantee.
Will be doing a charge back through my bank as item is not fit for purpose and wasn't clear I was buying a falling to bits mattress.
Think this needs looking into by trading standards.
Looking at the reviews alot of people have bought items unfit for purpose without realising they were even buying seconds.
