Due to an error on my part, I was unable to receive payment for Notary Services I provided in December 2024. The support team provided several options, all of which I did. I am still waiting for a new payment but the Checkbook support team did a thorough job of helping me. The typically responded within 24 hours of each of my emails.

I have had an issue for awhile about getting mileage reimbursement from my old job. I have been back and forth between checkbook and the company and not much came from it at first. Finally it got resolved and I got my money after 6 months of waiting. Rose was very helpful, patient and kind with my situation and frustrations that I had. I do appreciate it finally getting settled and that I was lucky to get people who knew what to do. Thank yall so much!

Just had a great experience with Hannah and her colleagues assisting us with a small “glitch” that we had to overcome. All is good now, so I can truly say their assistance was greatly appreciated!

I was responded to promptly about my concerns on the steps to transfer my e-check. My Internet was spotty, so not all of the pages were loading properly, and I had to wait until the connection was better to complete the process. The ACH deposit was successful afterward.

If I had known this is the type of company your are running I would stay a million miles away. I activated my account and verified my bank and sent my payment not only have you suspended my account you also never process the transaction. Getting help for you is a crazy wait time. Now my landlord is acting up because the money did not show in her account this morning. Listen to me Delete my account and all information that you have for me. I no longer wish to use your service. I give your service 0 out of 100. Your customers service is crap and your company is carp as well. I advise everybody to stay far from a company like this. Don’t trust these people with your money. I will never send my bank statement or my identification to a company like your never.

I created an account to switch to this service from Quickbooks and tried to send out payments to my team on October 14th. Instead of the system saying they need more documentation, it allowed me to send out payments. The team messaged me saying they hadn’t received their payments. I tried to log in and it said my account was disabled. I then gave them all the information they asked for. I followed up a few days later. They asked for the same information for the second time that I had already provided. I asked them to cancel the payments so I could at least pay my team. They asked me more questions but did not give me an eta on when I could expect the account to be active again. They also didn’t cancel like I asked. I’ve asked them nearly everyday for help and they have continued to ignore my requests for cancellation and take 2-4 days to get back to me. It is now the first of November and I still have not been able to pay my team. The lack of customer service and support for this system is really concerning and frustrating.

I sent $72 about 4 weeks ago to another checking account. I have not received it yet. All they seem to do is make excuses. It's on hold or stuck in process or was sent to the wrong account. I am tired of the run-around. I requested a physical check, or an immediate deposit resolution. Seems like Customer Service is non-existent. I requested resolution and close my account. Scam!

I could not find a payment that supposedly went to my account. The number that I could see at the the time did not look familiar, infact I had a comply different number. I kept going back and forth with Hannah who informed me I was the person who could see the account number through the app. I finally figured out how to get the account number and bank. Anyway, long story short, the deposit was there and the account was correct. I had to apologize due to my own error. Thank you for your support.

I received a payment from a vendor via Checkbook.io. 7 days later and I am still waiting for the payment to hit my account. A paper check would have been faster and more convenient. I could have just used my bank's app to deposit the check and the funds would have been credited to my account in seconds. Checkbook.io is more of a problem than a solution.

Horrible customer service. My funds were never deposited into my bank account and I've tried to contact the support team for help and no one is helping me figure out what happened and now I'm being ignored. The fact that you can't even call to speak to someone directly on the phone already is a huge red flag. Hopefully my situation gets resolved and I receive my money but as of right now, I am not impressed at all with this service.

I have an account with checkbook.io, I run a property management company and send the owners their monthly rent payment through checkbook, but the recipients haven't received their money. It has been 3 days that I have been trying to contact customer service and no one has been able to help me out, there is no customer service phone number I can call. Everything is through the chat room and no one has replied to me for 3 days, I have people calling me and canceling my service. I am losing business.

I am a current customer of Checkbook io.My company is HG Property Management. I have emailed Checkbook io support team on an issue where money was pulled from my account but was not deposited to the recipient. neither I or the recipient have the money. Yet the money was removed. I emailed "support" on August 20, 2024. Received an email on 8/21/2024. Stating a team member would get back to me. Another email stating the Backend team is looking into it. Another email (8.21) stating backend team will send a refund. 9.3.2024 still nothing. The inability to talk to anyone over the phone or even correspond in a timely manner is very frustrating. Especially with a large amount of money involved.
I am writing this out for all to know and especially for Checkbook io to step up and get this resolved ASAP. I don't know how a company of this size and working with alot of peoples money does not have a phone number directly to a customer service agent. The one phone number they have tells you to email the support group.
9/6/2024 and still nothing.
