Ordered the wrong radiator from here my fault there were fantastic with us I ordered new one they drop it off and pick the wrong one up checked it and I got my refund in couple off days there will be definitely recommend from here 5star

I was informed only one day from…
I was informed only one day from delivery that my purchase from your company cannot be delivered to the Isle of Wight, unless I agreed to have it dropped off at a port near the island and find my own way of collecting or pay to have it transported onwards ,which would have cost as much as the item itself, no where on your web site did it say “does not delivery to the Isle of Wight”.

The young man who delivered my radiator…
The young man who delivered my radiator was extremely helpful. He had driven from West Yorkshire to Cardiff in Wales, but he brought it in the house (the new "system" I have experienced now is companies only deliver "kerbside" and the customer is left to sort it out), he explained what I should do if there was any problem at all. He obviously enjoys working for the company and was praising them, which was so nice to hear. I'm nearly 80 and not in good health but he didn't know that so I imagine his attitude is the same with every customer.
My radiator is stunning, I had searched a long time for something unusual to compliment my new bathroom and found it with Chelsea. At my age I won't be doing this again but I would definitely recommend this company if you want something different and excellent customer service!!
Finally, that young man is a credit to your company 😃

Nice product but customer service.....?
Nice product, delivery date promised wasn't scheduled so small delay and arranged once I chased. Part delivery as consumables were not put on the van. Chased with customer service who was very rude.

We’re sorry to hear that you felt the delivery information was not clear.
Having reviewed your order and the details of your complaint, we can confirm that a provisional delivery date of the 24th was initially provided and subsequently confirmed. Your order was therefore fulfilled on the delivery date provided at the time of purchase.
We can also see that some items were missing from your delivery. Once our office was notified, the outstanding items were dispatched on the 24th using a 24-hour delivery service. Tracking information was provided as soon as it became available and was emailed to you directly.
The arrangements for the outstanding items and the delivery process were also explained to you during the telephone conversation.
We apologise for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback.
