Price was good
Price was good, delivery stated within 4 working days but actually arrived in 2 working days, so that was good, but when driver was checking things noticed that wrong valves had been sent. He ammended paperwork, took pictures and told me he'd sent them to the office and logged it on the system, this was at 9.00am. at around 2.00pm I had heard nothing so pinged an e mail across, got a response quite quick to say they would speak to dispatch and get back to me. Nothing so at around 5.00 pm sent another, which now said "untill the driver got back they had no idea what had been delivered and if there was an error! I replied and said he'd logged it on system and sent detail. This was apparently not enough said they would update me shortly.
Eventually after a number of emails back and fourth, they finally provided tracking info which showed that the replacement valves had actually been sent Monday PM.
I just don't understand why it was so difficult to tell me that on Monday when I first asked?

If an issue occurs during delivery, our driver records the details on their delivery report, which is then submitted to our Head Office at the end of the day. Once received, our team reviews the report and takes the necessary action to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Having reviewed the details of your order, we can confirm that the outstanding items were dispatched using a 24-hour delivery service once the driver’s report had been received.
This process was also explained to you on the day of delivery when you contacted our team.

Excellent experience from start to…
Excellent experience from start to finish,easy to navigate on line we brought 3 radiators, the price was very good, every thing needed was explained, to complete our purchase. Very good communication from order to delivery, the delivery driver called 45 minutes before delivery, he was very helpful & polite, and assisted us with the unloading the radiators as very heavy. I would not hesitate to recommend Chelsea supplies to any one, and will definitely use this company again.

Having reviewed your order, we can see that the delivery was originally arranged within our standard 1–4 working day delivery timeframe. Unfortunately, the scheduled delivery was missed, meaning the order had to be returned to our system to be rearranged.
Once a delivery has been missed, it can take an additional 1–4 working days for a new delivery date to be arranged.
Customers are provided with 24 hours’ notice of their confirmed delivery date and time slot. Where a delivery is missed, this can understandably result in a longer overall delivery timeframe.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

Great quality and excellent value
The radiator is excellent quality and even came with wall-mounting brackets included. Delivery was quick, and the price was very competitive. Very happy with the purchase!
My only suggestion would be to simplify the delivery paperwork. I understand the need to protect yourselves against false claims of non-delivery, but please don’t make your courier play lawyer by asking customers to sign a delivery contract! 🙂
