Excellent service. Absolutely went above and beyond helping me set up a really difficult game configuration including mods and mutators for an insurgency sandstorm server and get it running. Latency issues are zero and uptime has been exceptional. I’ve used many other services for various games but glad I found these guys. Highly recommend giving them a shot.

This is the first server site I have ever been with, and I don't think I will ever leave.

Overall very good except for one day where I had an issue where the server duplicated itself. The next day it went back to one but I had lost all progress from when it had duplicated.

I am an inexperienced user and the response on a few minor issues has been great.

I've never purchased a gaming server, and after seeing their Reddit comments, I gave this company a shot. And wow! 10/10 customer support and service. The startup process was extremely fast, and I had a running server immediately. The control panel is simple enough to understand and make changes to. I had some questions, contacted support, and was talking to a real person right away. Not only did they provide answers, but they also gave me more information to help me solve my issues. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a server hosting service.

This is my first time purchasing a game server. This has been a very streamlined process and fast too! Within 3 minutes of paying, I had a Palworld server I could log into. Performance has been better than when we were playing with just the muliplayer codes. Further more, the control panel is awesome! Easy to manage, easy to start stop make changes. Even provides a helpful link to the wiki of Palworld for any configuration related questions. This is a 10/5 product but could only rate 5/5.

I will recommend ChicagoServers every time! I was hosting a rather unique 7Days to Die server, and I ran into some issues while doing so. Their team responded quick to my needs and helped me until I had no issues whatsoever. I was so impressed with Mars's response time that my friend and I literally timed it: 9 seconds from a fresh opened ticket. Thanks again guys!
