Easy customizability as well as tips on how to set up crossplay or edit server settings. No questions left unanswered and the client has easy access to Steam Workshop. Leaves no usual "server owner headache" when it comes to server modding or editing.

A year ago I purchased a Valheim server host on here and had troubles setting my map up, Jimmy Rock fixed it up for me had all my buddies on and playing within hours. In these last couple weeks I set up a minecraft server with this service again due to the previous positive experience and had similar difficulties. Once again the staff and Jimmy helped me out quickly! Today I wanted to know how to get a copy of the world file to use on single player Mars sent me an article made by them personally on how to use an FTP. I figured all the help they have given me is deserving of a good review! Only "issue" I've ever had is last year when I tried to come back to Valheim after ending my server subscription due to inactivity and realized the file was no longer saved, however this is due to my personal error then anything by them. Maybe an obvious message upon ending your service for dummies like me? Anyways, it's a reliable server with hardworking staff and many easy to use features in the control panel for things such as modding, what more could you ask for?

The level of service is exceptional. I have not played for a few years and the suport has put up with my request and need for help in a friendly and expedient manner. The service level really has been exceptional.

Had the service for a couple weeks so far so good.. No outages but some lag at times uploading to the server.

yoooo this control panel is sick. I love being able to install umod plugins right from it. One click. bam. I used 3 other hosts and this is the easiest by far... no more moving files one by one. Love it.

Jimmy was super amazing, He even did the file configuration and unzipped files for me, And tested if every plugin and if the map was working fine, He kept responding super fast, And honestly hes the most helpful person ive ever spoken to in a live chat, he truly deserves everything

I'm local to Chicago so I'm kinda biased about the speed I get to their servers, but aside from the constant connection (I don't think I've ever experienced an unscheduled outage), and the really reasonable prices, along with the UI that makes it a snap to get things done on the servers, I can't tell you how happy I am with the service when it comes to tickets and the support provided. Seriously, super fast, super friendly, professional, just everything you could ask for. Seriously, if you need a server provided this is the company to use.

They offer fantastic customer support and no limitations of ram or storage so easily a number one choice. Although be prepared for the occasional hiccup in terminal access. Servers work great though

Had bought a server because the one we had before was running like crap. Purchased it and installed the Darkness falls mod. Seen that the mod wasn't up to date on the site and didn't include the combo pack. So I messaged someone who got back to me quickly and I was very surprised to see that not only were they very friendly, but they updated the mod on the website as well. All within maybe 20 min. I highly recommend them for your server needs.

I've had a Rust server through ChicagoServers for a few months now, and recently with V rising coming out and gaining popularity my friends wanted somewhere we could play together. I reached out to CS's team to see if they were planning on adding V rising to their offerings. To my surprise, they had the title added to their list and setup was a breeze. Top notch service along with great performance from their servers.
