Chigwell Window Centre PLC Avis

I dealt with Albie at the Barnham shop, very helpful and knowledgeable, we have had a lantern, bifolds and windows, all great products and very satisfied.

Front door handle stopped working i.e. house was open to all, and it was through persistent chasing in the 3 days after, that resulted in an engineer coming to the house.

Thanks to Lauren for responding to my quite desperate calls for help. Wish it wasn’t so hard. Glad it’s been resolved and will update the review after they’ve addressed the blemish in the glass.

From the moment we appointed Chigwell Windows they have absolutely first class. Lauren as a first point of contact, Aaron for the very accurate site visit measurements and advice through to Harpreet and Gill on install, NOTHING was too much trouble and the quality is EXCEPTIONAL. All delivered and installed on time and budget, 5 stars

Fantastic quality front door. But what made the experience for us was the first class customer service from Albie in the Barnham office and Paul the fitter.

Great service from both gents who went above and beyond to get the issues we had after installation fixed promptly and with no fuss.

I'm glad we choose this business.

Used Chigwell Windows for our windows, fantastic service and quick installation. We highly recommend them and will be using them again.

I want to say thank you to the team, especially Lauren and Lambov who helped me with a problem I had with the front door lock which had become stiff due to the drop in temperature.

The team is always helpful, professional and willing to go the extra mile whenever you contact them. I would recommend Chigwell Window Centre to anybody looking for high quality windows and doors for their home or business.

Very good service from start to finish. Easy company to deal with for any enquiries. There was one small problem (a cracked window) which was quickly rectified, which to me showed their commitment to the customer.

We very sadly have spent far too much time, effort and money with this company
We visited the extremely impressive new facility at Horsley Cross
Spoke to a very nice lady and discussed our requirements
Gave her the sizes of a window and double sliding doors
Were promised a quotation within 2 days by email and post
All in all very straightforward one would imagine
After no contact, we telephoned the contact number which is only the central number. We were unable to find a direct line to Horsley Cross
Several calls have been made and we have spoken to Molly on every occasion
I’ll chase them
I’ll get the sales manager to call you when he is free
The sales manager isn’t at his desk I’ll send a message to his mobile
The sales manager is on a course

Here we are 2 and a half weeks later still awaiting

Good quality doors very professional fitters very clean and tidy

They have done the job in my flat. The workers were really fast and friendly. Everything was so clean high-quality job. I definitely recommend it to other others. Thank you.

Excellent communications and follow up regarding both installation and snagging work.

We are delighted with the quality of the product (internal doors) supplied and the installation team were excellent both with original fitting and minor remedial snagging work following fitting.

Very happy to recommend this business.

Guys came round to install new windows & doors at mums house in Ilford…done a fab job,…fast, clean and friendly…really happy with the work…well done guys!!!and thanks..😊😊

We are having our windows etc replaced and I just wanted to take an opportunity to provide some feedback on the team, namely Jagga, Happy, Stan and Scott.

The team have been absolutely brilliant; they have all been very courteous to everyone and respectful to the home.

Their workmanship has also been to a very high standard and it has been a pleasure to have them working on the property.

I recently had my windows installed by Chigwell Window Centre, and I must say they did an excellent job. The team was very professional, neat, and arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. The quality of their work on the windows is fantastic, and everything was completed to a high standard.

The only small downside was that my curtains were not put back up afterwards, and the screws for the pole seem to be missing, which was a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, I am very happy with the service and would still highly recommend them for anyone looking for window installation

Update: proactive fixes put in place by the company and visits arranged at our convenience.
