Great service yet again from Chimes, our love chairs are wonderful and totally as described in there sales, the courier side was a little slow on communication regarding delivery though and not much communication with courier dispatch organizer, overall good service though.

Fab Garden Set
Garden furniture was exactly what we were looking for, lovely set. Great service in the store and delivery was on time and within 5 days. Guys brought it right into our garden even lifting over our garden wall so not to squeeze it through our wide gate. Would recommend

Brilliant service from start to finish , I’d ordered some furniture from elsewhere first and had an absolute nightmare with them , cancelled the order after being messed around and came across chimes , and what a breathe of fresh air they were to deal with , communication was spot on and the service on a whole is fantastic !

Aluminium pergola
Before ordering our aluminium pergola we had quite a few questions which started with the chat line and then we spoke on the telephone to a member of staff all of which was very helpful and informative. We placed the order which arrived within the time period. Although we have not erected the pergola yet the service and advice from Chimes has been excellent
