The delivery service never contacted me or the phone number I gave, even they never answered the phone number, so impossible to pick up or to make an other visit. So disappointing.. now the parcel is going back to uk , but Is not sure to return..

We are sorry you have not received your parcel. We informed you when your parcel was leaving the UK for your country, & provided the tracking details for you so you were aware when it was going to be delivered.
We have replied promptly to every email you have sent us, contacted both the UK & Italian postal services to assist in getting your parcel to you, provided contact details for you to re-arrange the delivery and details of where it can be collected from, however a re-delivery has not been arranged and the parcel has not been collected, so an automatic Return To Sender has been triggered due to the amount of time that has passed since the Italian postal service first attempted a delivery
We have advised you on the procedure for a parcel being returned to us from an overseas destination and have no autonomy of timescales or fees (if applicable)
