Great service when choosing our wedding rings. The gentleman was very helpful and had my engagement ring cleaned free of charge. A new lady served us when we went to collect and both her and the lady training her were lovely and very engaging. Again, offering to clean my engagement ring free of charge before the big day!

I recently purchased a Seiko watch from Chisholm Hunter and had an excellent experience from start to finish.
The ordering process was simple, the watch arrived the next day, and everything was well packaged and exactly as expected. I also received a complimentary gift with my order, which was a very nice surprise.

Absolute flawless experience dealing with Chisolm hunter purchasing my fiance's engagement ring. a special mention must go out to Gerry Marks who helped me in every step of the process, with selecting ring, payment options, delivery and resizing of the ring. cant recommend these guys enough. Paid for a watch that was supposed to…
Paid for a watch that was supposed to arrive 4 weeks from receipt of payment.
After the four weeks I was told that the watch was not available so asked for a refund of monies paid.
Despite repeated promises of "tomorrow" or "next week" I have yet to receive my refund.
