Chisholm Hunter Avis 

Paid for a watch that was supposed to arrive 4 weeks from receipt of payment.

After the four weeks I was told that the watch was not available so asked for a refund of monies paid.

Despite repeated promises of "tomorrow" or "next week" I have yet to receive my refund.

Everything went perfectly exactly what we wanted

From ordering the item to receiving it and then sorting out a issue.
Chisholm Hunter were excellent in their customer service.

Easy check out - fast delivery with many options - great company will use again - keeping myself informed all the way until delivery - it was a gift to celebrate my sons prom and leaving school - he loved his watch.

Really like Chisholm Hunter, great service. I also prefer to give my custom to a privately owned company like this where you can talk to real people, rather than some faceless company who don’t reply to emails/enquiries and you can’t contact. Also, Chisholm Hunter have a great YouTube channel ran by Harrison, which is how I first heard of the brand.

It was fantastic to deal with Craig at the Vacheron constantin boutique, he was both knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Great communication throughout.

Chris in Kingston has been super helpful in both buying engagement ring and wedding bands. He is helpful and gives good advice and explanation. We were able to build a rapport with Chris.

Darran at the Panerai boutique was very knowledgeable about the brand and watches and helped select the watch I wanted. The boutique was just as superb and a credit to the brand. I was lucky enough to be invited to a special Panerai evening with great canapés and drinks, a host of Panerai people and new releases. A very special event all round!

Just received my Bamford x G Shock from Chisholm Hunter, I decided to buy from them as I’m a really big fan of Harrison on their YouTube channel, they’re clearly not just a retailer but also massive into their watches, very easy to buy on their site, my watch arrived really quickly and was exactly as described, VERY well packaged too. I did also speak to one of their guys on the phone about a delivery matter and he was genuinely interested in my query, helping sort things out straight away. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them next time I add to my growing collection!

The staff member that looked after us was amazing, she found the best wedding bands for me and my patner and even added a complimentary fix for my broken engagment ring to our purchase! I wanted to buy a gift for my significant other but left it a little late.
