Lovely chocs, but box size problem
Very nice chocs but unfortunately box is not letterbox friendly (eg Hotel Chocolat are) which is a problem, we had to go to sorting office to pick them up as working all day. Got a 3 month order so expecting same again next month. It would put me off ordering again.

Superb!
Extremely helpful and friendly staff - a rarity nowadays! Looking forward to receiving chocolates, although have bought from them in the past when on holiday in Swanage and adore their products. Definitely worth the extra pennies for the quality :)

Not my first purchase, love the product but delivery let me down this time.
The selection box is always good value and people love it. However this time the addressee was a friend at a rural address in Dorset, I asked for 17 October delivery - and received her email thank you yesterday (4/11) as the package had been put in her neighbour's postbox and he does not actually live there so only found it yesterday. Fortunately it was not for any special date and she loves the chocs.

We are very sorry to hear that your gift was delivered to the incorrect address. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries as they are normally excellent at delivering to rural addresses but unfortunately once the package leaves us it is out of our control but it seems on this occasion that their service fell short.

Having shopped in store many times on holiday, I wanted to send a special treat to a good friend. I called the store as I wanted to make sure I was purchasing a product which was nut free. The assistant was so helpful and happy to answer all my questions. The gift I order arrived on time for my friend to enjoy. She was more than happy with her hamper full of delicious goodies. Thank you Chococo, I shall be happy to order online again.

We wish that you had contacted us on opening the package, as we would have sent you a replacement one by return to hopefully still make it in time for Halloween! To reassure you, all our chocolates are packed here with much care before being handed over to Royal Mail, but some of our chocolate items are inherently fragile, including the pumpkins,and it sounds like your package may have been damaged in one area at some point in its journey to you.

Chocolates arrived as promised, always very high quality, and I have to say that it is some of the best chocolate I have ever tastes. Bought the Sugar Plum Fairy and Soldier Christmas tubes for my grand children and I am sure the chocolate will not last long !!!

Marvellous chocolates with unusual & interesting flavours.
Love Chococo chocs they are innovative & lush. Plenty of choice of dark/milk/white chocs accompanying many different fillings. So far my favourites are still the lime/salted caramel chocs.

Have been buying from Chococo for around 10 years now, first discovered them at their shop in Swanage and have been hooked ever since. Frequently buy gifts for others which never fail to please, with many commenting that "they were the best chocolates they've ever had". I have to agree. Not only scrumptious chocolates, but excellent, friendly customer service. Highly recommended.

Wide ranging flavours
Bought two boxes of mixed milk chocolates from Chococo, one for a friend and one to try. Arrived promptly. Very nice packaging, and vibrant colours. Looks modern and fun. Good thought about the little cards, packaging style etc. Excellent little booklet of varieties (could have been easier to read). The standard menu covers 46 varieties, whereas the box only contained 25! There are some very unusual flavours, but I thought the quality of chocolate very good, and can see why some flavours have won awards / recognition. I'd like to be able to select my own box, but wasn't sure this is an option? I think you get what they have. Very fresh chocolate, so you're supposed to keep it in the fridge and eat within four weeks. The cost is high, but probably reasonable given costs for quality chocolates. I think they make a nice gift so will be giving the second box to my friend. I would buy again, but am not addicted to the wide ranging flavours (yet).

Many thanks for your detailed feedback. We are delighted to hear that you liked the look of our boxes & also the quality of our chocolates. You are right in saying that our menu does show all of our range but we don't offer all of the chocolates year round as we do work with seasonal flavours. I hope it was clear enough for you on the menu where we have indicated that some of the flavours are seasonal. Selecting the contents for your own box is something that we can offer in our chocolate houses (in Swanage, Winchester & Exeter), as customers can choose from the range available at the time. However, we haven't yet offered it online due to the extra costs involved in trying to manage the chocolate-making forecasts & the extra packing time that would be required if every box was bespoke! You are quite right that our chocolates are truly fresh and ideally they should be eaten within 2 weeks not four! You can keep them in the fridge but we would recommend a cool place, an old fashioned pantry at c15 degrees is the most perfect temperature. I hope that you will continue to consider us in the future as gifts for friends and that you do become increasingly addicted to our range of flavours!
