Super positive experience all round.
I found my experience of buying from this company first rate from beginning to the end ! Super helpful even on a small thing like trying to replace and match a door handle with ones I already have. Excellent customer service. Having ordered online on a Friday evening, I wished to alter my order prior to dispatch. I was able to talk to someone directly on the Monday morning, who was able to assist. The items arrived the following day. The items were brass window fitments that were manufactured by Carlisle Brass. Top quality items at a very competitive price.

Excellent customer service
The coat hooks that I received were not suitable as they were smaller than advertised. Choice Handles customer service guy was apologetic, stating that it was a mistake by the manufacturers, and he gave me a refund no problem. The customer service was excellent but I can't review the product hence the four stars.
