I have been waiting over two weeks from the time the return was RECEIVED until today with absolutely no refund. 5 or 6 days after receipt to issue a refund? Unreasonable.

Terrible product. 28 in artificial poinsettias were crushed and broken. Don't be fooled by the voluminous presentation in their pictures, These things look emaciated. And to top it off only a white Styrofoam holder.

Don't bother with this produxt or company, its a sham presentation on their website for a sham product.

Avoid, go elsewhere.

I ordered 3 pillows. They sent me 3 pillow covers and 3 pillow inserts but one of the inserts was the wrong size for the cover. Back and forth with the “help” desk and they wanted me to take time out of my day to ship back an item that was their mistake. Buyer beware!!

overpriced, too cheap to pay any shipping at all... bought 2 $30 items... a tree topper and lights. They charged over $35 to ship it, it took a week, and the topper was broken. to get a refund I have to pay shipping again back to them. Horrible customer service. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PIRATES. YOU'LL GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM AMAZON, WALMART, ETZY, ETC, ETC, ETC...

I have been ordering a Christmas Snowglobe for several years to give away as gifts.
Decided to try Christmas Central as they had it on sale.
Unfortunately, the music function wasn't working on mine. When I contacted CC they said that I was responsible for return shipping. 😔
Due yo this poor customer service, I won’t be ordering from them again.

Terrible company. You have to pay for shipping of all items and if you need to return. They charge you to ship it back plus you don’t get original fees retuned to you. Such a scam. Avoid this cheap low class company.

I was very surprised to see all the poor reviews. My experience was quite the opposite. I placed an order for some commercial led lights and it arrived promptly and the lights were really nice, good quality lights.

What a waste of my money. I ordered 8 sets of net lighting at a great sale price which is why I ordered them from this company. 4 of the sets were not the color I ordered. I put them up anyway last week and unbelievably only one of the 8 still works. The rest went dead. I don’t want to go thru the hassle of trying to get my money back so will just suck it up and learn my lesson. Never order from this company.

Ordered a pre lit tree, it does not look like the photos and the box was smashed and had a huge hole in it when delivered. Very disappointed and then I tried to see how the return process is and I have to pay to ship it back and it has to be in its original packaging!?

I purchased a prelit, Clear bulb, tree post Christmas 2023. I received the item quickly in a semi smashed box. I checked the tree and it was intact. Fast forward to present and I just discovered it is multicolored. The box states that it is Clear bulbs. Very unhappy and unable to return. Check your purchases immediately upon receipt

I purchased three artificial poinsettia plants at approximately $25 apiece. The shipping was prompt but TERRIBLE. They were tossed loosely into a WAY too big box, and were jumbled, crushed, and broken by the time they arrived. VERY disappointed.

I ordered the 5’ prelit flocked twig tree December 2022. It was great! Last year (12/23) I set it up and all was going along and then the middle of the trees lights went out. We tried everything to fix them. Nope. Wrote (pmd) them more than once. Recommended all the things we tried. We ended up cutting all the lights off. Now it’s my job to rewire it. I’m not happy about having to do that. But I do know how. And it won’t be the random braided mess we cut off. So it’s a fail for me. Oh and there’s no record of my purchase. Yeah. Ok.

I ordered a jewelry armoire with full length mirror and led light at the beginning of December. I had no idea it was actually shipping from China. Had I known, I would have never ordered it! It never arrived in time for Christmas. They claim they “delivered” it 1/13/24 to my home at a time when everyone was here, nothing on my doorbell cam, nothing at the neighbors. I’ve been going back and forth with them. They sent me to the post office and they told me there was nothing there - that I was likely scammed. Wonderful! Do not order from this company! They do not deliver a thing and take your money. Now to try to open a fraud claim with my credit card company…..

Do not trust them. Do not spend your money here. They are scammers, liars and theives
Run as fast as you can. I just reported them to the BBB because I’ve been fighting with them for almost a month on a refund or the product ordered and have received neither.
They ship from China so don’t believe the bs on their website that they ship from a NY warehouse. It’s just to reel you in and have you pissed off when you find out you just wasted money on something you may or may not get.

I ordered two 360 vanity's from this scam of a company! They never delivered my order, made me wait over a month just to pretend they delivered them and then proceeded to tell me they can only offer me a 20% refund. This is stealing!!!! I will keep posting about them wherever people will listen. This company needs to be shut down!

Difficult return, there’s a 800 number on the website but no one calls you back. I can’t speak for all the products, but I ordered a tree and it was extremely unattractive. Looks like I’ll have to donate it. Super annoying!

Well, I have been trying to get a pre Thanksgiving order of 2 strings of mini lights delivered and correct. I have been waiting one month, placed 3 orders, each one the same. The first and second arrived and were completely opposite of what I had ordered. I have been waiting for my third order for weeks. It had a delivery date of 12/12, then today 12/16, and this morning an update to 12/19. I get that CC has no control over UPS, but if the first OR EVEN THE SECOND order had been correct..... SIGH Never never never again SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION. ORDER FROM NORTHLIGHT.

I spent a lot of money on outdoor lights. They would work when I plugged them in then they quit working.
This happened 2 years in a row! I will NEVER buy anything from this company again!!’ It was a very expensive lesson learned!!

Purchased a set of 3 Alpine trees on the Black Friday sale. 4 days later they were marked down an additional $35. I inquired with customer service for a price adjustment and was told they are limited and able to do so. Very odd; never have I been turned down for a price adjustment especially within 4 days of original purchase. And my items still have not shipped from the ware-house. Not very happy and waiting to see what the merchandise quality is and when it will arrive. No response back after I sent an additional response.
Also, you can’t leave a review on their website.

Company does not seem to be customer service oriented.
