Christmas Central Avis 

The item I ordered was a breakable item. It was shipped loosely with bubble wrap, not taped to protect and secure it and put in a bigger box than was needed and it had no chance of arriving in one piece. Sadly disappointed.

The products were extremely low quality. I bought about 20 sets of net lites which lasted partially through the Christmas season. When I tried to use them again, a few months later 80% of them didn’t work.

Bought 4 strands of garland lights. Two burned out within one week. Contacted to return and refund within 30 day return window and they refused the return. Indicated only 7 day window for defects. $30 strand of lights that failed after less than a week of use.

They didn't fill out the shipping label properly, so my order was returned to sender. They told me a second order was sent, but after an additional 2 weeks of not hearing anything I reached back out and they said there was an error, all items were returned and they already refunded me. I never got my order.

Purchased tree in August, put up in December and strand of lights would not work. Called and they offered no solution. Guess they expect you to put it up on August. Great customer service.

There was a mishap with the color of some ornaments ordered and received - they refunded the item very quickly in combination with a personal email. Like other vendors, they are at the mercy of information provided them by the manufacturers, so their willingness to take care of a problem that wasn't of their doing was refreshing!

I ordered two 7.5' pencil white Christmas trees with warm white LED lights. A week later, I get a refund for my order. No call or email explanation as to why I was refunded. I called and they said they did not have any left. Then take it off your website! I then ordered two different pencil white trees. When they arrived, both trees were very cheap looking. On BOTH trees, the top section is white, while the lower 2 sections are more of a purple white. The top section does not fit in the hole snug and it sways from side to side. The top section is also larger than the middle section. Obviously, the tress were pieced together with incorrect parts. Also, the LED lights constantly flickered! I will NEVER order from Christmas Central again. I sent them pictures and they would not refund my money until I returned both trees and they inspect them. I live in a very rural area, so that is out of the question. I lost almost $500 on total junk. Lesson learned.

Ordered 2 sets of furniture, but only one was delivered by UPS... Customer service excellent however and the missing set is now being forwarded.

GREAT product and GREAT Customer Service! The Christmas buffalo plaid birds are SOOOO VERY cute! Well-made and a a super reasonable price. Customer service was extremely quick to respond when I had a very minor issue with my order. The issue was quickly and easily resolved and demonstrated effective communication. VERY pleased! I recommend Christmas Central :>)

Fast shipping and our Christmas stocking is beautiful.

I had looked for a white outdoor Christmas tree for a while and finally found exactly what I was looking for at Christmas Central. I love the cascading twig tree with the green lights! They are speedy shippers and their customer service is great!

I ordered two glittery bird ornaments for my artificial Christmas tree. One bird is red and the other gold; both also have feathered tails. They arrived in perfect condition, clipped easily onto my tree and stay in place. I am very pleased with these bird ornaments!

I've been buying my Christmas and all celebration string lights from Christmas Central for years. Just bought two purple sets and could not be happier! True purple is impossible to find! They are always pink or dark blue. I Love them!

Ordered Xmas tree and was sent white one instead of green. They will respond to emails as if they are working on it but have never sent a replacement. Give them a miss.

My experience with them has been beyond frustrating, and I highly recommend not purchasing anything from their website. I purchased these two lamps: Set of 2 Waterfield Blue Textured Glass Table Lamps with White Linen Shade (by Diva at Home).

One arrived, not two, and the quality is horrible (made in China, of course). Cheaply made and maybe worth $20 for one lamp. I contacted their customer service, and even though they are responsive, they seem to have issues with their shipping. I told them I received one lamp only, and did receive the second one, but the lamp shade was missing! What a joke … Now I am stuck with two lamps, one without a lampshade, that are cheap and ugly, and I can't return them because they make you pay for return shipping. DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! AVOID THE HEADACHES!

I placed an order for five boxes of Christmas ornaments on November 19th AND my credit card was charged the full amount that day. Knowing that it is peak season and it is during a pandemic, I let 7 business days pass while my order kept showing "awaiting fulfillment." After contacting the company four times over three days about my order and told my order would "ship out today," followed by a runaround that they "are waiting to hear back from the warehouse" and "please be patient during this time" I was finally put in touch with a supervisor today (December 4) and told my order has been canceled because the items are now out of stock. No explanation as to why all of the items showed that they were in stock when I placed the order or why I wasn't informed earlier so that I could try and find similar ornaments somewhere else, which are now unavailable anywhere so close to Christmas. Stay away from Christmas Central!
