Good value furniture.
Easy to order. Quick delivery. Arrived very well packaged, fairly easy to put together with the supplied instructions. The chest of draws and bedside tables look great and seem sturdy enough for occasional use in a guest bedroom.
I gave 4 stars as there were some very minor marks on the tops of the bedside tables but still perfectly usable and not noticeable enough to justify all the faff of returning.
Would definitely buy from Christow again.

Terrible service and communication.
Terrible service and communication.
Ordered on a Sunday because it says 3 day delivery for a wedding present.
Actually turned up on a Thursday the following week, 9 days. Emailed and messaged and never once got an honest answer off anybody, will NEVER order off this company again. In one message it says I would get a full refund but that never happened either.

I've previously had great experiences with Christow but I placed an order on 2nd July, the order was dispatched in 2 packages, 1 of which didn't arrive.
The tracking details state that the item was returned to sender for some weird reason. I contacted Christow on 8th August. It's now the 23rd and still no response.
