I've previously had great experiences with Christow but I placed an order on 2nd July, the order was dispatched in 2 packages, 1 of which didn't arrive.
The tracking details state that the item was returned to sender for some weird reason. I contacted Christow on 8th August. It's now the 23rd and still no response.

Firstly this site does amazing and beautiful products. Bought the 3 led present lights and I love them, battery powered so no extra leads on show or plug sockets to faff about with (like with other Christmas lights and decorations). Delivery was quick, products are lovely, quality is great. Unfortunately one of the lights had a bit of rust on it which I pointed out to them....more so that they could check their stock than anything else and before I knew it they sent the whole set again. Wow! Really wasn't expecting and they absolutely did not need to do that but it was a lovely surprise. Amazing customer service!

Not suitable for me,
I bought a bird bath but it was not suitable for me. I was told I could return it no problem which was good. But two weeks later and I am still waiting to get my money back. I was going to look for a different one but want to get my money back first.
