Absolutely abysmal how much the staff lie.
Bought a car 23rd July, arranged to pick up on 26th July. Was phoned the day before collection to be told the lock barrel needed changing in the door. Was told the part had been ordered when in reality the order hadn’t even been placed. Somebody then phoned again on Monday 27th informing me the part definitely had been ordered and were waiting for delivery. Thursday 30th was then told again the part hadn’t even been ordered and they were currently waiting to get a quote for the part. Phoned again on Monday 3rd of August to be told that they now had the part but were waiting for a third party to come fit the lock for the door on Thursday.
Thursday 6th arrives and nobody had been and fitted the part. I then missed a call on Monday 10th to be told we are currently in the process of ordering the part again, which had apparently already been ordered and delivered but fitter hadn’t turned up. Tuesday 11th received a call to say the part order had now been placed and could take up to 21 working days to arrive and then would still need a third party to come and fit the part!

Waste of time, never again would I ever buy a car from Cinch.
I cancelled ordered and got a refund.
If I could give them a zero stars review.
STAY CLEAR.

Do not buy a car from cinch with cinch care or whatever they sell now . There is no relationship after sale once the initial 30 days or whatever is over . Cinch care is supposed to give you piece of mind but after spending over 20k was left without a car for a month due to coolant leak on the tank which caused the gasket to blow. They do not book you into a garage they just request an appointment which can take weeks months, you have to ring around garages yourself. Once booked into a garage you have to have the garage contact them with way too much detail and still they won’t approve the claim due to the amount of exclusions and terms and conditions impossible to understand . Even if they accept the claim the garage will say a part and labour costs x amount but their software says they only pay Y which is ridiculous . I will be returning my car voluntary after the 50% paid which is your legal right . Stay clear of companies like these you’re better off buying used and owning the car . They also control who you can service with and that garage couldn’t even do the diagnostic repairs so had to have it towed. They do not provide courtesy car unless waiting on part for 48 hours but claim has to be approved to even get there or if repairs take 8 hours or more but again have to get past claim being approved . I’ve had to buy another car on top of the cinch car because cannot be without car for this long awful service

He explained everything to us extremely well and answered all of our questions with patience.
He certainly made our whole car buying experience a really enjoyable one.

They gave me a reasonable trade in price for old car (no haggling). Guy rocked up with new car and took old one away. Brilliant!!.
Very slightly tainted by not providing service history when advert said it had full service history. They provided no documentation to prove it had been serviced - hence I knocked a star off..

The company’s system is efficient, easy communication, members of staff are knowledgeable and kind. I feel confident in buying from Cinch because I don’t have to worry that the car may be Dogy. I like their policy of two weeks guaranteed money back and the three months warranty.

I am a cinch customer and I am happy with their support so far.

Website very easy to browse. Finance was accepted fairly quickly and was exactly what the estimate was. I booked a time slot for collection and the process went really well. However, I was disappointed to see that I was given only 30miles worth of petrol in the car, the wash fluid was low and the wiper blades were old. The car had been cleaned, but there were some streaks on the windscreen and there were some areas that had not been vacuumed properly.

If you are looking for an inspected quality car, look else where. You won't find one a Cinch.
I tried to purchase a 69plate Mokka X. First attemp at delivery it managed 40 miles before it broke down. AA's report said it was unfit to be on the road.
Two weeks later, second attempt at delivery, yes you guessed it broke down on the way again. Order cancled. Finally got my money back 7 days later.

Loved the car and the process to purchase the car was so easy. Issues arised afterwards when informed could not have the car until 48 houts after payment has cleared and then up to 4 wreks wait for log book. Cinch do not release log book until after 14 days of delivery. Trouble was i have still not received after 4 weeks and purchasing a Tesla you cannot get onto Telsa network without V5 (i did try) meaning standard connectivity and more expensive charging. Hope V5 turns up soon or ill have to pay to have that done too.Update apparently an error in their V5 department ment car has not been registered in my name yet rediculous

Overall good service, slight delay in picking car up but sorted quickly

I collected my dream Tesla car. I am very pleased with service I have been given by MO khan.
He have locate finace and transfer. He made it possible as I travelled from London to collect my car.

Everything went smoothly with no issues at all. My wife could not believe haw easy and straight forward it all was. Will certainly use cinch again.

After purchasing the car the delivery date was certainly prompt, however I think better communication between staff could be improved as I had several calls about the same thing which I had to repeat to another staff member. However the purchasing of the car, website delivery service and staff that I spoke to via telephone was easy and in general was a good experience, and I love my car!

Went to the Cinch location near Corby unaware of their processes.

Staff very kindly explained how they work, but were happy to help me out.
Went through what I was looking for based on budget and requirements.
Found the perfect car for me.
They then talked me through buying my old vehicle.

The whole process was easy and straightforward, the staff were so friendly and helpful.

I will definitely recommend using Cinch to friends and families
Plus I will definitely use them in the future

Really happy with my experience with cinch. The whole process was straightforward and the communication was excellent from start to finish.

I’m really pleased with the car and it was exactly as described. A special mention to Elaine, the cinch driver, who was friendly, helpful and kept me well informed throughout the delivery.

Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend cinch to anyone looking to buy a car.

Bought a car from Cinch, being a senior buying online wasn't easy for me but a very nice young man at the Corby branch talked me through it....Only problem was on the morning of me picking the car up Cinch phoned and said they had found problem with the car. After short debate I asked for a refund which was in my bank within 2 days. Customer service was really good and glad they found the fault before I picked up the car.
