What a joke. There website says same day delivery so I place an order and they call me saying I missed the deadline. That's fine although I am not sure your website allows you to order for that day. They assure me it will be delivered the next day. I check on it the next day in the afternoon and it shows on hold. I call and speak to them and the girl keeps telling me I missed the same day deadline. I keep telling her that was from the day before. She says she will investigate the situation and promises me that she personally will call me back. That was on Friday. It is now Saturday and they are closed. The flowers were for a funeral. Never again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I left specific instructions on where to leave my flowers from my mother. Instead of leaving them on her front porch by the door, they left them at the end of her driveway 200 yards away from her home. She never received them and they gave me a hard time about getting a refund would not recommend them for anybody wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

This company sucks. Do not, I repeat, do not use them for anything. I placed a flower order for my wife's birthday. This company took my order and then, without explanation, just decided to cancel the order. So here I am now, without her receiving this surprise. They suck. I sincerely hope they go out of business.

I also would give a Zero. Ordered same day guaranteed delivery. Called to make sure everything was fine. Ken obviously looked at the wrong order and said it’s going to Monica. I said no it is not so he spent time looking up the correct order. Said it would be delivered by 5 pm.
Called me at 4:18 pm and said they would deliver it tomorrow. It was for a birthday today and they knew that. Cancelled my order. They should not be allowed to be in business.

If I could leave - 10 I would! I called this company as soon as they opened at 9:00am to cancel my order. Their worker said I will give to the designer to cancel it hasn’t even been started! So much to my surprise I get charged and they delivered it! This was a sympathy bouquet! I ordered a different one from another company thinking this was cancelled. When I called them they said they had to pick up the bouquet for a refund! You are literally going to go pick up a bouquet from a grieving family on an order that was cancelled and then we will talk about a refund!! The worst company hands down that I have ever encountered!

This people are TRASH LIARS. They took our order for a dying friend and they never delivered. We called them the next day, and they said they would get the flowers right out. They never delivered. Then they told us after we called them 4 times, that they cannot fill the order we placed. They are not actually located in Atlanta and we later saw they do not have a location of where they are located on their website. These people are TRASH! Do NOT deal with them. They are a 0 star florist.

This company is an online third party service, not a local florist as they advertise. That's my first complaint. I strive to support local businesses. The main issue with City Flower Shop is their customer service. I ordered a deluxe arrangement online for next day delivery with notification. The service delivered the flowers without any attempt to ring a doorbell or text the provided phone numbers as instructed. They stayed outside on the front porch overnight in Texas 100+ degree weather because the recipient had no idea there was a delivery. The arrangement was sparse and not the quality of the online presentation. I do not recommend this company for any services.

Ordered birthday flowers for my mom for same day delivery. No flowers ever arrived and nobody will contact me back. Now I’m fighting to get my money back…such a scam.

I would rate this company as a "0" if possible. I ordered flowers for a funeral. They arrived FIVE days late. Then the company claimed they could not refund without picking up the flowers (what?!). I actually arranged for the pickup, but they did not pickup in time and then the funeral location was closed for the weekend. This is beyond crazy that they would not refund. STAY AWAY!

Worst experience ever . Wish I would have seen all these bad reviews before I spent $100 on flowers that never got delivered .

I paid $85 for a retirement bouquet for a dear friend that was leaving our company after 20 years of service. What I ordered and what she received were two different things the bouquet look like junk and cheap in a mason jar. I stated there was an error and demanded that they go back and switch these flowers. They said they would do it the following week they never did. They say they have to check with their delivery team. This is a mom and Pop place and they act like they are a franchise. I am proceeding with legal action and finding others that have had bad experience so that we can collaborate and look at a class action lawsuit. These people scammed other people and it’s not right and it’s going to stop right here. See you in court!

Do not order anything from this business. I ordered a plant arrangement to be delivered on September 2; it did not arrive. When I called on September 3, I was told the truck had broken down, but my order would still be delivered by noon. It wasn't. I called again, and they told me the address was not in their delivery area. The worst experience I have ever had ordering flowers on line.

I ordered 8/28/26 flowers for our friends who live out of state for an arrangement for "celebration of life". I provided all the details, delivery address, email, phone, and a personal card. Paid $115 and thought everything was handled. We never heard back from our friends nor the flower shop. I called the City Flowers 833 224-9292 spent 40 minutes on the phone trying to locate my order only to find out they never sent the flowers. They said they sent me an email, saying they were out of flowers, however, I never received any email or phone call?

Ordered on 8/28/26 for a birthday on 8/31/2026.
Recieved a cancelation email 9/1/2026 at 4:54pm the day after the delivery date.
They couldnt fufil the flowers. NO COMMUNICATION OF ANY KIND Just sent a refund.

If I could leave less than one star, then I would. Our daughter recently got engaged so I wanted to surprise her by sending her a flower arrangement to her office, which is in elementary school and when they weren't delivered by 4:00 p.m. I called to see what the situation was and they told me that they thought that they were out for delivery and I said that was an acceptable they should have been there during school hours and asked to cancel and she said she would have to call me back in a couple of minutes, which she did and advised me that my order was canceled. The following day my daughter sent me a picture at 7:30 a.m. of an arrangement that looked nothing like what I had paid over $100 for so I immediately got on the phone with them and they told me that they are a mom and pop local florist and they don't use a call center which a simple Google search proved that that was a lie. They also said that an order to issue a refund that they would have to go pick up the flowers. They had me wait on hold for over an hour and would still not confirm that they would in fact issue a refund at that point I was so angry that I ended the call and just disputed it with PayPal. I'm mortified now, because I'm worried that they're still going to contact my daughter and arrange to pick up the flowers. In the meantime, I have ordered flowers from another florist and I pray that I didn't get scammed again because I wholeheartedly believed that this was a local, family owned and operated florist when in fact they're nothing but a call center!

This is an online flower delivery broker and NOT an actual flower shop. I was fooled. The flowers I ordered showed up almost two days later and it took me several emails and calls to my credit card company to get the order fulfilled. I will never use this place again. No where in the website they use does it indicate they are an online business only. False advertising.

Avoid Cityflowershop.com at all cost! Flowers ordered for a Friday morning funeral service never delivered. They emailed me 30 minutes before the service was to begin stating that due to "vehicle" issues they wouldn't be able to deliver to the service at the church and requested a home address. I gave them my friend's home address and again they were not delivered due to more "vehicle" issues and said they would deliver on .Monday. I told them that their issues were unacceptable and told them to just cancel and to not charge my credit card. Worst customer service!

TERRIBLE! This place makes it look like they are located in the city where you are trying to have flowers delivered. They ARE NOT! I paid $104 for same-day delivery. Two and a half days later, flowers still have not been delivered. Guess why not? Because they send the order to multiple florists offering them $50 and local florists deny the order. City Flower Shop is trying to get you a cheap arrangement and they pocket half of what you paid. This place should be SHUT DOWN for LIFE!

Ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. They presented themselves as a local florist, but they are not. Two days later they still have not delivered the flowers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.
