This is a scam. Do not order from them. They do not deliver what was paid for. Ordered a flower arrangement that was never delivered. Said hospital refused delivery, not true checked with the hospital. Then they said would deliver to my home, never happened. Don’t throw your money away on these people.

I ordered the flowers for a visitation of a family member who passed away. The arrangement was nice, but nothing special. I had asked them to make it stunning. It was not stunning, but nice. They followed the color schemes I had asked for. I asked them 3 time to make sure they send me a photo, and they neglected to do that. Thankfully, the daughter of the deceased sent me a picture. She really liked the flowers. I called them twice, within an hour of my original order to make a simple modification to the message card, like correcting a person’s name. They assured me the message will be corrected and updated. However, they sent it out with the original message and the typo in it. They need to pay more attention to the details. I was happy that they accepted same day delivery, and delivered the product.

Horrible experience chose a living arrangement for my mothers birthday said it was available for same day delivery didn’t show up on her birthday then what came was not what I ordered the arrangement I ordered had a variety of 5 different plants what she got had one a plant I could have ordered at the local Lowe’s or Home Depot for 20.00 and had it delivered the same day

Ordered flowers for a family funeral that we were unable to attend. Our son attended the service and told us the flowers were not at the funeral home. When we called, we were told they were unable to fill the order but could try again or cancel the order. Not a good experience!

Don’t order here! They claim to be local in your area but they are in India. I ordered a wicker basket of flowers and they sent a vase of poorly arranged flowers. I was guaranteed same day delivery but it wasn’t delivered until the next day (when I called to tell them the flowers were not delivered the customer service agent said he “didn’t understand my point” and was left on a hot doorstep with no notification to the recipient. The website says that the credit card will not be charged until the flowers are delivered but mine was charged the minute I ordered. When I complained to customer service I was offered a small refund and told that a basket or vase is considered “filler” and subject to change.
This company is a scam.

I ordered 2 days in advance for our 25th anniversary. Asked for morning delivery, at 11:30 AM called to see what's up. "It's still on the truck." We cancelled our plans for the day and waited. Later the flowers were left on the doorstep in 100 degree heat, wilting. No door knock, no doorbell ring. It came with a mylar balloon we didn't order and printed on it was "Happy Birthday." WTF. The "card" looked like it was printed on scrap paper, it had printing across the back, and looked like it was cut out by a 5 year old with scissors. The flowers are truly STINKY like they had been sprayed with some sort of fungicide, we couldn't even keep them in the house. F'n horrible.

What a disgusting experience! I ordered flowers for our aunt and paid for TWO upgrades of more flowers. The $129 arrangement they sent had a total of 9 flowers. Their solution, 5 days later, was to refund $63 and want to contact our aunt to pick up their garbage arrangement 5 days later. Then they stopped responding to me all together. DO NO USE THIS GARBAGE COMPANY. Bait and switch and garbage customer service.

Do NOT order from these people! My flowers are crap and they sent to wrong address. Never verified billing address!

Complete scam artists. Ordered Baby Boy flowers and a lesser arrangement was delivered to the wrong location - a heart hospital! Refund promised in writing and they lied repeatedly about having done so and never did, even knowing I had all of our correspondence. Total scammers.

Very underwhelmed by the size of $107.00 arrangement. Looks like something from the grocery store. Ordered at 8:30 in the morning and didn't get delivered till 8:00 P.M. Won't be using these guys again

Ordered flowers early in day for same day delivery, called to confirm when not delivered by 6. Well 9 pm and still no delivery. This is a complete scam.

Placed an order; delivery available that day; received a call - delivery not available that day. Called and okayed delaying delivery to the next day. Delivery was not made the next day. Two days later — still waiting. Evidently their service sucks. That’s the difficulty when ordering from out of town. Will never use them again.

Very disappointing experience with this service. Did not send what was ordered and only offered and 1/8 of the total price as a refund. With no resolution of sending the actual order.
Could have gone to the grocery store flower department and done better and for a lot less money.

I ordered a Farm Spring Fresh Bouquet on July 7, 2026. My credit card was charged $84.14 on July 7, 2026. They promised me 24-hour delivery. They did not stand by their commitment. I phoned July 9, 2026 and told them the individual was now out of state. They did not stand by their commitment. I spoke with two different individuals. We all agreed the shop would send a "special" bouquet on July 22 when the individual returned home. Needless to say, NO flowers. I phoned again. They said a young man (her son) had signed on July 9th to receive the bouquet. Remember I told them that the individual would be out of state, DO NOT deliver. Because it was signed for, (son?) they delivered the bouquet. All in all, a devastated occurrence. By this time the family member had had the burial ceremony. NO acknowledgment from her best friend (me!)
Their promise now is they will give me a $24 refund. Humiliating!!!!!!

I am disgusted, aggravated and embarrassed!!!! Also angry as hell!!!

Can’t give a zero or I would. Ordered $200 funeral bouquet with the funeral home name, address, etc. also instructions I needed the flowers delivered either before 8am or the day before as it was an early service. I ordered Monday for a Saturday funeral. I flew in for the service, milled around looking at beautiful arrangements from other florists but couldn’t find what I sent. Well apparently that’s because they never got to it. I got a message to call them and their initial resolution was to send the flowers on Monday. These are funeral flowers, like wedding flowers, sending on another day doesn’t work and I can’t believe that was even a suggestion. I now see many other terrible but justified reviews. A major tenant of being a quality florist is delivering on time. If you can’t, they should have requested help from another florist in the area. My only hope now is more people read this and look elsewhere.

A total disaster. Flowers were to be delivered by 5 today and at 4:30 I got an email saying my order was canceled. What a ripoff. Plus they advertise free delivery but at checkout they add a $19 service fee. Really. Go with a local florist.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Failed delivery to Fort Snelling Cemetery for my Moms funeral. Already a very sad day only to be made worse with no flowers. All reviews on their website are fake. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
