All of the panels was damaged I managed to use them but packing needs to be better or use a different delivery service

Ordering was ridiculous. Added items to my basket. Paid When I checked my order only one item instead of 3 gone through. Not open on Saturdays to rectify problems. Emails bounce. Phone lines not open until 9am despite message on call tree saying 08:30.
Order problem confirmed as being "because we only had one in stock". Why did it not say so and refuse the order then instead of processing just one! Caused big delays in ordering different product.
Then, dispatched and no viable tracking. Staff informed me that has been loaded onto van on Tuesday morning. Tracking didn't update. Advised Wednesday pm that my order has been damaged and won't be arriving therefore waited in for no reason for two days. Also having to pay a plumber day rate for no reason. Offered to resend but no effort made to get them to me quickly. Cancelled order had to chase refund!
Absolutely diabolical!
Eventually ordered with "Walls and Floors" who dispatched same day (Wednesday) and delivered next morning 9am. Awesome.
Cladding world not fit for purpose.

Very responsive company. One parcel of two delivered was damaged and although we had to fill in quite a detailed document they quickly confirmed back that the items would be replaced - these were then sent out the following day. Great!

Delivery and packaging was very good but with an exception of 2 damaged tongues. However, they will be lost in the cuts so not a problem for me. The quality and look of these 6 panels is excellent and would definitely recommend claddingworld every time.

I purchased loads of wallboards and trims, free delivery was great, delivery was fast, however I didnt order enough trims and had to reorder and got charged delivery £19.99 which I think was very expensive, job done, my next job I will make sure I order enough all at once

Ordered wall panels from Claddingworld but 1 delivery arrived damaged. Contacted them, salesman named Matt was excellent couldn't do enough for me. Speedy deivery of replacement panels can't say enough for they're customer service
