We still have not received the samples I ordered and paid for.

Delivery man had put them behind my wheelie bin and didn't tell us. Apologies

Free shipping
I paid £150 for the concrete 5mm cladding panels to do a quick makeover. If it was a permanent long term I would have gone 8mm or 10mm.
Be gentle with the 5mm as the edges are a bit brittle.
Excellent customer service, good comms and advice. Delivery was 4 days and this was around the New Year so probably a slow backlog. But as a product it works extremely well

the courier they used was bad I think the driver stole the delivery and you cannot contact them either XDP do not use this courier company, But the cladding world was brilliant in their response in getting my order sorted

Didn't seem to know they had no end…
Didn't seem to know they had no end caps for my wall panels until putting the order together, but did inform me of situation quickly by phone and Email. Also a lot of the 11 wall panels l purchased were damaged in the same place on tongue and groove edging, l guess they were over tightened on packing, aside from that very helpful and polite people to deal with.
