Great experience! We enjoyed the itinerary and others touring with us. Food and wine were great and accommodations were wonderful.

Highly recommended. Our guide Isabelle was marvellous.She has a deep knowledge of her region and was fun to be with. We saw the sights and many vistas of the beautiful countryside of Provence, but also had many wonderful experiences including visiting a vineyard during the harvest, a cooking class and dinner with a Michelin chef, a picnic in a park beside the remains of a Roman aqueduct, and more. A truly wonderful trip.

Very good itinerary, (the hikes are a bit too easy though), great guide, excellent hotels and the choice of restaurants.

Very well organized, interesting trip and enjoyable trip to Peru. Everything was as advertised - great hotels, great hikes, etc. Our guide, Juan Carlos, was excellent. He had an amazing knowledge of Peru and passion for the history of the area. He did a great job accommodating all our needs.

On arrival to Edinburgh, it was a pleasant surprise to discover that I would be traveling with 4 other women in a semi-private group! Apparently the tour was oversold and CJ divided us up into 2 groups for a better experience. Our guide, Perri, was jolly, knowledgeable, and full of zip. And of course, the accommodations and food were excellent. Scotland is highly recommended to all types of people. This is not an urban trip. It’s about walking in the countryside and seeing small villages and iconic landmarks like St Andrews. Our cultural diversions, such as meeting a working shepard and his border collies and having lunch at a real bothy, were unforgettable. For more time in Edinburgh or Glasgow, one would need to add days either before or after.

The hikes, scenery and wildlife were wonderful. And everyone in our group got along great.

The tour was a good mix of walking and visiting points of interest. Isabelle, our guide, was knowledgeable and being from Provence excited to show us her home area. She made us feel as though we were her friends for whom she wanted to show why she loved Provence.

Our Classic Journeys tour in Quebec City and the neighboring villages, parks, and countryside was exceptional. Our guide Lenny was excellent as clearly demonstrated by his professionalism, enthusiasm, sense of humor, patience, and kindness. Fabulous experiences, tastings, meals, and hikes / walks. In addition, the Classic Journeys team had us well prepared for the tour. We highly recommend!

An unforgettable adventure exploring Iceland with a good dose of culture, history, and how it ties to the landscape. The lodging, meals and transportation were excellent. Foodies will not be disappointed. The time moving to our destinations flew by with stories, descriptions and history from Atli our guide. The unexpected stops along the way to view or experience lesser known points of interest make this an outstanding tour. We look forward to more travel with Classic Journey.

We had an amazing trip to the Galapagos with 3 generations. We had a private tour with 6 of us plus our guide who was incredible. She was competent & knowledgeable about the Islands & the flora & fauna. She also was able to spot things of interest way before we could see them.
She was so great that we felt like she was part of our Family. She was great at anticipating our needs & dealing with them quickly. Some of our party had some physical limitations & others were gluten free. Our guide always had gf snacks & was able to accommodate our physical limitations gracefully.
We felt very safe during our whole trip. We always had proper gear & safety boats nearby when we were in the water.
Our first contact with Classic Journeys was great! The people we dealt with initially & during the whole planning process were competent, very knowledgeable, very friendly & willing to take the time to address our needs.
They worked very hard to make our trip a memorable experience & they achieved that goal.
We all had an amazing trip & a once in a lifetime experience.
We will travel with Classic Journeys again. It was wonderful to not have to think about any arrangements or permits, etc. We just had to sit back & enjoy everything!

Arthur Woods was a fantastic guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with. It was great being out in the country at Nes Gard. All of the excursions, (hikes, glacier walk, organic garden) were terrific.

Our guide Martin Cox made the experience awesome. The activities such as kayaking, snorkeling, hiking were lots of fun and informative given the easygoing nature and fund of knowledge of our guide.
Overall, I had a once in a lifetime experience, always to be remembered.
