We used Cleaner Cleaner for an end of tenancy clean and were unfortunately disappointed with our experience. After the service, I found areas that I felt had not been cleaned to the standard expected, including marks to walls, dust along skirting boards, water marks on the window sill, toothpaste residue in the bathroom, and areas around the sink and flooring that appeared unfinished.

As our checkout inspection was scheduled for the same day, I chose to address these areas myself rather than arrange a return visit.

The company advised that they offer a 14-day re-attendance guarantee instead of refunds and disputed some of my issues raised. Following further correspondence, they provided a £30 goodwill payment and the matter has now been resolved.

While I appreciate the eventual gesture to close the matter, my initial experience was not what I had hoped for from a professional end of tenancy clean.

Arrived on time - efficient - a good job on sofa so we asked for stair runner to be done too

Technician was late because of traffic but I was kept well informed. When he came, did better than I could have imagined getting the ingrained soiled patches off my sofa armrests as well as leaving the whole sofa refreshed. Excellent result.

Even though I was skeptical at first, they helped me get all my deposit back at the end of the tenancy! So definitely recommend, took about 4h for a 1-bed flat (in quite good shape).

Dany, our cleaner, was very pleasant, arrived early & took a full 6 hours to clean our 2 bed flat, leaving it in pristine condition. We also received before & after photos of the work she did. Overall, an excellent service for a cost-effective price. We had not used Cleaner Cleaner Ltd before but we will definitely be using them again for other of our flats. Mike Douglas

The clean was beyond expectation. After having some issues with tenants who had run the flat down, the deep clean done today has restored it back to the almost brand new standard that it was before it was let. I would definitely use again in the future if needed.

The service provided was excellent, and the technician was highly professional and courteous. The final result was satisfactory, though it did not fully match the appearance shown on Instagram, and some stains remained. Overall, it was a good and reliable service

Cleaner Cleaner restored our mattresses beautifully. They were super responsive, fitted us in at short notice when I explained it was an emergency and dealt with quite an unusual situation - all very smoothly and professionally. I decided on Cleaner Clearner for an end- of-tenancy clean because of their numerous positive reviews. Admittedly, I am a very house proud person and keep an extremely tidy and spotless home. So if I am going to engage professional cleaning, the work done needs to surpass mine.

Communication with management/the administration team was at all times prompt, cheerful and helpful. The cleaner who came to my flat was pleasantly surprised at its condition and remarked to my concierge team that she wasn't quite sure what she should do as there was hardly any cleaning necessary.

I was away while she was at the property. My concierge team informed me that even though those were her thoughts, she stayed the full session and did everything the best she could. She removed some stubborn water stains in the sink and the shower stall.

Upon my return, the flat was in a pristine state and presented even better than at the start of my tenancy.

My landlord has since returned my security deposit in full. I am very pleased with Cleaner Cleaner's services and will not hesitate to use them again, especially if living in Central London.
