Second time I have used this company and they are brilliant - SO effecient, amazing communication, friendly and always do a great job. I have used them for a professional clean between tenants and when I sold my flat.

professional communication on visit with follow up comms. shocked by state tenant had left mattress following not using a mattress protector - entire thing was stained yellow! had tried using household products / wipes but no success.
after 2-3 days post treatment - bed is now disinfected and can hopefully be reused!

I was really pleased with my experience with Cleaner Cleaner. After days unsuccessfully chasing up another mattress cleaning company that was more local (guess they don't want the business?), I requested a quote with Cleaner Cleaner, whose website was well-strutted and informative. They were keen to provide, and kindly tolerated me as I struggled to balance my schedule and find a date that worked. The service itself was quick and simple and I was really impressed with the end result. The mattresses didn't dry quite as fast as I had expected but fast enough to stay clean and fresh-smelling and that's all I care about. Cheers!

They turned up early on the day and managed to get a black oil stain out of the carpet very quickly - would recommend.

The service was excellent, cleaners were thorough, considerate and attentive, the flat was in a perfect condition when they were done! Particularly amazed by the job they did on the interior of the oven: Never seen it look so clean, it looked brand new! Fast and trustable service. I am delighted and would recommend it to others!!

Company only accepts cash and tells you day of, I was cornered by the three cleaners demanding I pay 40£ for their parking( it was a one bedroom flat I’m not sure why they needed 2 vans for it) then after they started they said they had have to revise the quote and asked for an additional 120£ (380£ total now) plus 40£ parking. Absolutely a group of thieves and ordered them to leave my flat after this obvious scam.

Company will not speak on phone (only email) Red Flag.
Demanded cash at end (didn’t tell me in advance cash only.
Would not recommend.
