Would never use
Sadly this service didn't meet expectations, my leasing agent deemed the clean "not professional" and withheld money from my bond. I had to request multiple times for them to return, I also contacted them regarding the clean and they refused to refund me or address the outstanding concerns.

Regarding your experience, we would like to clarify a few points. Our team’s ability to perform a thorough cleaning is significantly impacted if there are personal belongings still in the property. Despite this challenge, we did our best under the circumstances.
In response to your concerns, we arranged a follow-up visit at no additional cost and addressed the issues you raised as much as possible given the ongoing presence of personal items. We have photographic evidence from both the initial service and the subsequent visit to document our efforts and the condition of the property before and after.
Our refund policy and terms of service, which were communicated during the booking process and in our conversations, are designed to be fair and clear. We regret that these terms do not allow for a refund in this situation.
Please know that we value your feedback and will use it to improve our services. If you have any further concerns or if there’s anything more we can do, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

Very happy with the service
Very happy with the service. The cleaner who came to do our carpet was on time, quick and efficient, and he did a very thorough job. Advance communication (by email) was excellent too. Happy to recommend Cleaner Cleaner, and I would definitely use them again.

Absolutely brilliant company
Absolutely brilliant company, a rare find nowadays. Honest, prompt on responses, friendly and helpful. Half of the service booked couldn’t be completed due to last-minute issues (not due to any fault of the cleaning company) and I received a full refund immediately. Upholstery clean completed to a very high standard. Could only recommend Cleaner Cleaner Ltd - thank you for a fantastic service!

The company responded quickly
The company responded quickly and the carpet cleaned superbly.
However..
The company is conscientious and clearly cares about the customer.
The only thing I would suggest is a call centre instead of email communication.
But a great service and the cleaner was on time.

Communication over email was friendly, quote was provided promptly, on the day of cleaning the cleaner was perfectly on time, quality was beyond expectations.

Fantastic service. Upfront on all costs and any limitations, very courteous and polite, and excellent cleaning (did wonders with the oven!). Turned up 20 mins later than initially planned due to issues with a previous booking, but kept me informed ahead of time. Absolutely worth the money.

Excellent service
Arrived exactly on time. I was a little worried as I had quite expensive sofa upholstered in woollen fabric. It had a few bad stains in various places as the property had been rented for a couple of years. When finished it looked like new - I was impressed! I can highly recommend this company for all upholstery.
