It seems that this bank is being used for scammers. I have been scammed by their costumer with the following IBAN: GB91CLJU00997188716619 I will not get my money back, but hopefully this review can prevent others from being scammed by this costumer.

I was scammed by their customer
I tried to contact them but couldn’t
Filled the form online to complain but they never acknowledged
They allow fraudulent customers to commit crimes

Just received a message from a friends number via what's app to send him money. His number was genuine but his what's app had been hacked. They were requesting money via clear junction....clear allowing scammers to scam considering the number of reviews of this nature. I appreciate the reply. The issue is that the scammer was asking for payment via clear junction so people are clear able to utilise your services in their scams.

Clear junction are holding my money that I sent via an airline service!
They are not allowing my bank to recall the payment & they are not sending the money to the correct business.
I am now having to raise with the financial ombudsman or even take it to court.
This a joke.

Just got scammed by a company that pretend to sell Baltic amber jewelry using Clear Junction virtual IBAN. Clear Junction refused the transaction cancellation for no reason, supporting scammers!

Clear Junction EM license should be revoked by authorities in the UK for not conducting proper KYC/KYB with B2B customers, I have no idea how this bank is operating with all the PSD2 and other consumer protection shenanigans.

Sending funds through them is no different than using WU or other apps widely used by scammers where you cannot revoke the transaction or know the identity of the beneficiary.

Avoid any transaction involving this bank.

Yesterday I was the victim of a scam for £300 on Facebook, hoping that I was taking my boys to a football match and their excitement got cut short soon after I've paid. This scumbag is destroying peoples lives with your help that you are accommodating them with bank accounts from Clear Junction Bank

Suite à fraude dont j'ai été victime après virement chez eux, j'ai envoyé mails et dépôt de plainte conformément à leurs demandes, sans réponse pour le moment.

His sir yes I sended to the email you just wrote,the money could not reach kraken because it's a rule from the platform that the name of the sender has to be in the same name of kraken owner wich I didn't knew that rule in that time.so the money should already be sended back to the sender,but the transfer was made to clearjunction bank I don't see why i have to contact kraken too sir.

We received many complaints about this company as the House of the Fraudulent company and person.
And they're moving the money from Virtual Crypto currency (Wallet). Companies around the Europe and banks in Grand Britannia and others.

I decided to go with Clearjunction for my startup crypto OTC business; after conversing with their sales rep Conor Dignan and agreeing on the pricing, I went through a lengthy onboarding process and completed it on the 5th of August.

After two weeks of receiving no feedback, I sent a follow-up email, only to get a lame excuse that it's summer and the compliance team is on vacation (aka Understaffed).

A follow-up email was sent a week later, and there are no signs of life or feedback from them.

Totally unprofessional company with no management whatsoever. STAY AWAY.

Honestly, why are you ignoring all the reviews in your replies. The thing is, as a b2b payment service provider, you supply your clients with an IBAN. Now we know it's easy to register a little shell company, and these scam artists use their business registration to get an IBAN from you, thus using your service to scam people. So seriously, don't know who does your communication, but its almost rude to keep stating you only serve businesses. your replies suggest that you do indeed Cather to scamk companies and refuse to take action, and the funny thing is, it's very easy to track your fraudulent clients activity.. I just don't get it, the audacity in your comments.

Very poor service and unreliable organisation.
I accidentally sent money to my own Clear Junction account. So I asked my bank to retrieve my money back.

But Clear Junction refuse to do so. They keeps saying they are the intermediary party not the end service provider. But the money was transferred directly to ClearJuction. There is no end service provider.

How’s it possible I have the bank account number and sort code of Clear Junction, but I don’t have access to my own account?

More than that, as a service provider, at least Clear Junction should check it for me. Instead of passing the buck to someone that I can’t contact.

My mum has been scammed by this service. This business is facilitating scammers and Ive got evidence of her transfering money to their Limited bank address.

This bank is used by scammers, doesn’t seem to be any accountability or oversight. I’m absolutely stunned how they can allow this to happen in 2023.

Um es kurz zu machen…… ich habe fast die gleiche Erfahrungen gemacht wie meine Vorredner. Geld einbezahlt, große Gewinne gemacht und wenn’s um‘s auszahlen geht, dann kommt die Forderungen nach channel fee etc.
Inzwischen habe ich bei der Kripo Strafanzeige gestellt, aber erhoffen tue ich nicht viel. Das Geld dürfte weg sein.

Bitte laßt die Finger von dieser Bank und auch von Broker wie OKEX-NFT. Die sind Fake! Die Website ist sehr echt gemacht und man fällt schnell hinein.

Die Brokerfirma OKX dabei ist echt. Sie helfen mir auch dabei, aber auch hier erwarte ich nicht viel Erfolg.

Clear Junction is a very reliable B2B payments company. Most of the comments here are from end-customer which they don't serve. They serve other fintechs and financial institutions, so these people must've faced problems with their own providers. Don't believe everything you read.

Having read the reviews I can only agree that this is a bank that caters for crooks, a Facebook scammer recently tried to get £5000 from me using a IBAN number that led me to this bank, so for them to say they do not deal with crooked individuals is clearly untrue.

In answer to your response I had already sent the scammers details to you with the IBAN and BIC relating to the scam, according to the FCA you should have sent me a response within 3 working days, you didn't, this review will remain until you can show me some evidence contrary to mine.

I firstly would like to apologise to Clear Junction, they had in fact sent a response to my complaint, they state that internal investigations are taking place, I have adjusted my review accordingly and will keep this thread updated, I hope that Clear Junction will let me know the outcome of their investigation and will delay contacting the appropriate authorities for the time being.

As per other reviews, this bank facilitates payments for fraudulent companies and illegal criminals.

One such provider is Payop who process payments on behalf of a number of illegal, rogue and unlicensed online casinos.

Upon contacting the banks ceo, I was told there was not a lot that could be done except to submit a contact form on the website and await a response.

It seems this bank must be aware of their fraudulent clientele and instead choose to ignore it.

I will update this review if/when clear junction assist with the recovery of my £355 from the fraudulent provider.
