Bitterly disappointed with changeover to Stripe

Ive been a Clevercards Business Expense user with different companies over the past couple of years, and I am so disappointed in how they have handled the changeover to Stripe for their digital token provider. I have been unable to topup the cards since early April (its mid may). Initially there was not communication to advise of a potential loss in topup function. When I discovered, the error message said it would be resolved in two weeks, then helpdesk calls advised it was resolved, then another helpdesk call advised that I had to follow a link to update company KTB data, but there was no link in the mail! When I figured it out and completed the data, it was only for Employee Benefit cards and not business Expense cards so I am no better off. Another helpdesk call said it would another week and that was 9 days ago! I was also advised to use employee benefit cards as a temp solution, but these do not allow re-loads and also can not trace the expenditure, not to mention that there is a Revenue requirement to report any employee benefit cards etc
The lack of engagement with their customers has prevented me from planning ahead and finding alternative solutions, their drip feed of 'another 2 weeks, another 1' is also very frustrating. I am surprised there hasn't been more negative press on this issue. I have lost all faith and feel really let down.
please redeem yourself CleverCards and get your system back up and running as I really want to remain your customer and support a local business

Migration process to new provider…

Migration process to new provider resulted in 6 weeks that meant that Clever Card could not be activated and therefore I could not access the funds.
After 4 weeks of receiving the standard message on your website that it would be completed shortly, we received email that the migration was complete and that further directions would follow. However after another 2 weeks of no communication, I tried again and it worked.

I did not have access to my money for 3…

I did not have access to my money for 3 weeks because of their system change. Once they switched to new system by activation link still didn't work and I had to request a new one.

Got my virtual card but can’t use…

Got my virtual card but can’t use contactless with it . My other cards in my digital wallet work but this won’t work. I can only use it to pay things online by inputting the card number and paying for something online which I don’t do very often.

Very poor customer service

I know they were migrating to stipe but this should have been explained at point of sale, 8th April. It took until 14 May to activate my card. Only support I received was through email & when I replied to say it still wouldn't activate the email went to the bottom of the pile again. No phone number to get in touch, I did ask for someone to call me on numerous occasions. Dreadful service.

I was planning to use my €1000 card on…

I was planning to use my €1000 card on a large purchase. The system was down for over a month and I had to use other funds, which was frustrating.

Been waiting over seven weeks for to be…

Been waiting over seven weeks for to be able convert the token. Then after conversion my card is unable to be used. Says to contact customer service and they either don’t respond or give vague responses without providing any clarity. They have been nothing short of terrible.

Card wouldnt automatically upload into my…

Card wouldn't automatically upload into my Google wallet however it worked when manually added to the Google wallet

Appalling customer service from…

Appalling customer service from Clevercards. Almost 3 months trying to get them to respond to a card that would not activate and when they did, they tell me the card ended up with someone else. And then the ghosting began again. So I am down €1500 with zero comms. They will not even answer the on-line help chat now. Extremely frustrating.

EDIT: getting a canned response saying just contact us ii adding more pain to the overall terrible experience - if I have spent 3 months chasing, how much credence can I possibly have in adding another email contact into this overlal miserable experience? Where has my money gone @clevercards?!
