Awful. Your treatment of us over a month when…

Your treatment of us over a month when we couldn't update our employee debit cards was awful.

6 months to process

6 months to process, charged more than was supposed to, disaster of all disasters to have anything to do with, never again, false advertising as in showing a picture of a card when there is no card, never ever ever again

No merge options. No access to cards.

Card was unavailable for weeks as they did some technical migration to Stripe. They also won't merge cards leaving you with multiple small amounts that you can never use.

I only used £40 and the cards been…

I only used £40 and the cards been deactivated. No reason why

Dealing with clever cards is an absolute nightmare!

Dealing with clever cards is an absolute nightmare.
I have been a month now trying to get my employees cards re authorised since they have team up with stripe and still nothing. Of course they will leave the generic answer to this the same that they do with every other email… which shows that they really don’t care!
They is also no phone number that you can ring up if there is an issue,
I have also noticed just now when looking back at my review that there are a lot of 5 star reviews where the user has only ever left 1 review which is very suspicious….

They can be used anywhere

They can be used anywhere. Unlike one for all cards which have only certain places they can be used. Which can be frustrating trying to find a place . Having said that. A friend of mine got a clever card and has over 6 euros left on it. But it will not let him use it. So I do not know if you can use all the money on it. I have not got that far yet . That is just my experience so far.

Utterly shocking experience

Utterly shocking experience. My card was blocked for some reason and I can’t get the AI to do anything. The AI is just blocking me from escalating the matter and I get the same stupid response from them.
Last time I’ll arrange a gift for colleagues using this platform!
