Poor Communication

I had no notification before hand of the impact of the more to strip and to Visa, no notification of the possible length of time we would be unable to funds cards, Afore the move over to Visa - no notification that we wouldn't be able to unload cards .. we still have no notification as to when we will possibly be able to unload cards.
throughout the whole process we have had no unprompted communication from Clever Cards.

We are truly sorry for the disruption this caused you and your business. Our migration to Stripe is now complete, and the service has been fully restored. We did send communications to all our business customers in the last week of April regarding the migration and the KYB verification required to get fully up and running on the new platform.

Regarding your existing Digital Mastercard Business Expense Cards, it is possible to transfer the funds from these cards back to your account through your Business Portal.

Support is way too slow

Support is way too slow. There is no phone number to explain the issues. I had to get my old company to reactivate my email account so I could get my card.
They suck!

Probably the worst company I have ever…

Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with! I don't normally leave reviews as mistakes happen but this company has over 700 euro of my money that I cannot access and nobody is returning my emails or there is nobody to call to get help!worst customer service i have ever seen in a company! I feel like this company is a scam! BEWARE before buying!!!!!!

Extremely bad experience with these…

Extremely bad experience with these cards. My employer often gifts staff with them and they never work properly in store. There is no customer service you can contact to help. If you are looking to use in store, avoid at all costs
