Good but expensive

I found service good , straight forward and easy to use however quite expensive € 36 in handling fees for a € 1500.00 card

Great facility to gift as a gesture

Great facility. I received 2 of these clever cards recently; however, for some reason, one of them cant download to Google pay, I have tried twice to download, and it says it cant be downloaded? has been great up to this point, over the last few years receiving them, hasnt skipped a beat in the process.

The applcation was unavailble for some…

The applcation was unavailble for some months and has only been usable since today. Also when using the personal card gift from my company which I did not use straight away I did not like the fact the sysem took a fee every month despite my company using Clever Cards to give me the gift. Be aware after some time the system takes money from your account.

Our platform underwent a migration in March, which unfortunately impacted the availability of the application, and we sincerely apologise for the disruption this caused to your experience.

Regarding the monthly fee, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, a platform maintenance fee does apply to CleverCards from month 13 onwards from the date the card is activated.

We will be reaching out to you directly via email to discuss this further and to make sure everything is in order for you. Useless support, take money and run

Waiting since 1230 on Thursday to have an issue resolved. Set up an account over a year ago for our companies sports and social club. Ordered hundreds of euros worth of vouchers off them as prizes.

Order €300 worth on Friday and they take the money then refuse to issue till we upload our VAT number.

Beng bounced around clevercards support email address and dealing with Kaltrina. Told another team would respond. Got nowhere.

I used this company at Christmas with…

I used this company at Christmas with no hassle at all. I tried to purchase a card today and was bombarded with complete verification process. I uploaded my driver's licence, which was not accepted, and then a Tax Clearance certificate, which was also not accepted.
Cumbersome site and I just want my money returned now. I would not recommend this site unless you have hours to waste.
