I have the card uploaded

I have the card uploaded, but it won’t activate. Can’t seem to be able to talk to anyone. It’s all email. Not good enough.

It’s a joke

It’s a joke! Month since I gut this card and I can’t use it customer service trying to help and saying it’s fixed and then I go again and I can’t go through anywhere.

As you may know this card is a prepaid…

As you may know this card is a prepaid card for £100 for help with Gas and Electricity only. It has taken me a while to finally get it registered with my service provider. But thankfully it has been accepted at last and so I am grateful. I have only used £10.00 so far but the remaining £90 of credit is really helpful for me.

One of slowest process I have ever seen…

One of slowest process I have ever seen ! I escalated to Fenero severely. Please fix it immediately!!! Cards are sent to me with a huge delay and after an escalation!!!!

I tried to activate my card two weeks…

I tried to activate my card two weeks ago as I was going on holidays.i wasnt able to activate it untill yesterday. Had to get a loan for my holidays

Took ages to issue card

Took ages to issue card. Now card won't work with Google wallet.

I received a CleverCard as a gift…

I received a CleverCard as a gift and the process to redeem it was flawless. It’s much more convenient than a physical gift card since I can use it anywhere that accepts Mastercard/Visa. A modern and efficient way to handle digital rewards!

Overall good experience

Slight delays getting the card due to circumstances beyond clever cards control, but when received card, It was very easy to enable and most importantly secure, very reliable, iv had it twice now and works very well
