The CAB sorted it all.......

The CAB sorted it all for me. I didn't know such a scheme existed. Within an hour I had been able to pay one hundred pounds into my electricity account. I'm unclear whether it was a one off or if there is more to come but whatever the answer, I'm extremely grateful.

I would give you ZERO stars, if the rating was available.

The mere fact you have the cheek to ask me for a review after that ridiculous debacle of issuing my card and your handling of it is incredible on its own.

Doesn't work 5 weeks after card was issued still can't access on Google pay.

Unacceptable delay

My company issued this clevercard weeks ago and there was an unacceptable delay in it being activated. I believe there was a technical issue due to a change in the payments company used to administer the transactions, but the communication from clevercards about this issue was extremely poor and ultimately it didn't appear that things were being done to fix the issue faster.
