It is a terrible company because they have been changing their provider and because of that we had to wait 3 weeks to get oor gifts

Very poor activation & commumicatiom experience

Unfortunately I was gifted the card when the outage with tokenisation took place so my activation experience was terrible and the communication from Clever Cards was atrocious and misleading!

As a recipient of a Clevercard as part…

As a recipient of a Clevercard as part of my bonus, I wanted to pay for a holiday thought an online agent 'Love Holidays' unfortunately have not been able to use my clevercard as they do not accept this payment type. I thought have a pre-loaded visa credit card meant that I could spend my money where ever I wishes to online, and that has not been the case.

Can't add clever card to Google wallet…

Can't add clever card to Google wallet ...not just me...our whole staff who have android phones which is in the thousands cannot add to Google wallet so cards are completely useless to us and yous refuse to do anything about it!!! REFUND THE MONEY NOW!!! this is the second issue we have had with thw same cards

Dreadful experience

Dreadful experience. E-mails about delays in activating card gave different reasons over the three weeks there was an issue. No explaination. Then they blamed the company for not KYB - something never explained. Would not use again.

Shambles

Shambles. It took three weeks after I received my card to activate it because they were migrating there system. I received 2 emails telling me my company had to complete some form for me to activate it even though they had done this 2 days previously and several of my colleagues has activated them already. Then after I activated it I was still receiving emails to tell me I had to wait. Clown show.
