Click Blocks Avis 582

Took a while to arrive - over a week. They are tiny blocks, so disappointed at the size. Came in a A4 plastic bag, no cardboard surround. Cost almost £30 and when I looked at the advertisement for them they certainly looked larger than they actually are. They are using a very young child in the advert but when they arrived there was a written warning: WARNING THEY ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR UNDER 6 year olds. Feels like I have been scammed

The great service on the reply to my email shows a good company, also the quality on the Magnetic Blocks I am very happy with them and would definitely buy more.

Much smaller than imagined especially for price. Illustrations look ok. Comes wrapped in plastic inside a bag with a plastic zip not a box as advertised. Hope my child enjoys.

I order a package to the value of £30 extremely disappointed in the small size of package and cannot forsee my grandson playing with this as it is very small.

A massive con.
Recieved the tiniest of packs in plastic cellophane... no box..100% not what I ordered.
Then the return will cost £14 to send to China!! So they offer 20% refund!!
Avoid this company.

I brought this set as a gift for my grandson and he will absolutely love it. Unfortunately there was a problem with delivery which was an issue with the courier not Click Blocks. On the couriers advice I contacted Click Blocks customer services and I have to say that the support they provided was first class, so helpful and understanding. The package eventually arrived and the ongoing support from Click Blocks was amazing. I can’t rate them highly enough.

Do not buy these. They are a scam. Cheap looking, flimsy and very small. Not as advertised at all. Comes from China and impossible to return. I have wasted £60 on this rubbish. Do not trust the so-called good reviews - they have been paid for. Avoid.

Paid £30 and when I received the package after many weeks you don’t get a lot for you money at all. I went for the middle gift and thought you would get a lot more for your money to be fair

I had a query as didn’t know if the free gift which was advertised with the legendary pack was included .
Customer Services were prompt in dealing with my enquiry and assured me it was.
Looking forward to giving these blocks to my grandson for Christmas and playing with them myself 🤣😊

Really poor. Item packaged terribly with explanation that this is because it lacks a storage box. Delivery was extremely delayed but this is not I appreciate the fault of the manufacturer. The misleading advertising however is at the fault of the company

Do not buy. Poor quality, packaging and not worth half the price. Extremely poor misleading and dishonest advertising.
Do not rely on offer to return for full refund if not satisfied as this will cost you more to return to china than original price. Will offer poor percentage refund and may offer a so called starter pack free as apparent goodwill gesture with request for 5 star positive review which I assume accounts for the positive reviews received.
Total waste of money

This company is a scam! It took over 2 weeks for my order to arrive. It bears no resemblance to the photos/videos shown on line. I received 35 very small cubes, which fit in the palm of my hand - not the 150 shown on line. Also, there was no background material as shown in the adverts. I am not sure these magnetic cubes even meet UK standards and are safe. I will certainly not be giving them to my grandchild. The company is based in China so return is impossible or extremely expensive. There are hundreds of positive reviews on line but if you put on an angry emoji you will see how many people have actually been scammed. These are then hidden. Be warned!!

What an awful scam!! I’ve paid £30 for the what they call ‚Elite pack’ and received a tiny parcel in a plastic bag! Disgusting liars!!!

The kids absolutely love these blocks. We ordered a second set after the first one was such a hit. Unfortunately, one of the second set was damaged. This was quickly resolved by emailing Click blocks. I would definitely purchase from them again.
