Climb is an awesome company, they saw a niche in the technology industry and grabbed it and now because of them I am going to a bootcamp to become a software engineer and not keep wondering what am I going to do with my life-in short they made the opportunity to get A very valuable skill and made it into a reality for me and I'm unbelievably grateful

The process was very quick, easy and straightforward. I would and have recommended Climb after my stress free experience with them.

This company needs to fix its phone line situation asap. They don't have a representative right away when you call them, instead you have to leave a message for them to call you back. They called me back in three days. I was past the period or deadline to make a payment. I made a reckless decision to apply for a loan for an online boot camp. Boot camps are not my thing and I'm better off at my own pace. I had to explain to them that I'm sorry I went past the deadline. This is something they don't take lightly. They actually took two months to fix my issue and mailed me a refund of the interest that I paid to the loan. They assured me that I won't have the obligation to pay it all back. Thank God for them!! They are a legit business and yes, upon reading the negative reviews of this company, they are actually a great company to work with. I just had to wait for the outcome and now I don't have to default on the loan. My credit scores won't be affected. But I'm not going back to this experience and I won't be working with them in the future. They need to work on having more people answer their phone calls, not an answer machine. Yes, they have a chat box and the customer service there is good, but speaking to a person is better.

New updated review! After finding the issue, the website does not allow you to make additional payments if you have an automated payment for your amount due. It will simply pay your balance, and not apply payments to your principal. They supposedly fixed this for me and set the autopsy to a fixed amount, now I can make additional payments. They didn't tell me that they had set my next payment for DOUBLE THE PAYMENT AMOUNT! Thank God I checked, because I would've been out a lot of money. My $417 payment was scheduled to autopay at $834. The only way I found out was because they screwed up my paperless billing and actually sent a bill in the mail (I had never received one in the past as this account was always paperless from creation). I thought it strange that I received something in the mail. Luckily I checked and found the error. So they've been applying all of my payments incorrectly, then when the payments are fixed, the autopay is configured to take too much money and my paperless billing is canceled. This is crazy.

Poor customer service, representatives are not friendly. Called for a payoff price, payed right away. Then got a bill for 5$ and referred to a debt collection agency.

I applied for a loan for an online BootCamp and was expecting a 5.9% interest rate. This is honestly more than I've paid for a loan in a long time, but I really wanted to just get the deal done. Their website does make the application process very easy. But at the last stage was a notice of "rates between 5.9% - 15%." It is quite outrageous to charge a student 15% interest. I was told in their online chat, the rate would be dependent upon a credit score "and other factors." Whatever that means. As my credit score is over 800, the highest category possible, I proceeded with the assumption getting the 5.9% interest should not be a problem. They came back with a full 2% higher at 7.9%. I'm not interested in putting up with a bait and switch like this, and they seem to be preying on students looking to get ahead in life. Not ok with me. I went elsewhere for my loan, and I'd advise others to do the same.

Using climb credit has been one of the worst decisions of my life. No one gets in contact with you. They use UAS Connect and apparently these agencies are not in contact with each other. I pay through UAS connect, yet Climb reports nonpayment to credit agencies which in turn negatively affects your credit score, even when your payment due amount is $0. I would not advise anyone to use this company. My experience the past couple of months has been AWFUL.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced 🤬 I was told that they have no proof of any payments on my account for almost 12 months. I have proof of every payment. They have done absolutely nothing to fix this. I would definitely not recommend!

PLEASE IT IS NOT WORTH IT. They are scammers with unrealistic expectations and leave you to the wolves when you are going through hard times. I tried to ask for help and they left it up to my school which my school had no plan of action for help and because it’s in between the two schools, this situation floats in limbo

I called the number provided for customer support to confirm the details to insert in the loan forms and they said they only handle the loan after I complete the forms. so who should I ask about the form? they had no clue and didn't understand why their number was on the site.
The chat feature is terrible too. you send a chat and they respond late. not sure if this is a staffing shortage or what.
