Always had a great experience with clomana! Good customer service, I’ve only had one fault product and it was immediately replaced!

I have been shopping with clomana online for over a year and have been in store several times. This company is one of the most open and honest I have ever come across. All the staff work so hard and the customer service is always outstanding. Any queries I have had have been dealt with quickly and the team go above and beyond to help their customers! The quality of their products is awesome! The marshmallows are a sensory dream! Their soaps smell divine, their pyjamas are heavenly to wear and the soft skin cream makes me want to cry tears of joy! At clomana they value each and every customer and you always feel like you are royalty. Chloe has created a community around clomana that is kind, supportive and welcoming and I am honoured to be a member! Keep up the good work team!

I am relatively new to Clomana cmfrt range, I started with a pair my sister bought me as a present and since then I have bought numerous pairs, I am absolutely obsessed with them, the quality is amazing and the attention to detail on every pair is beautiful, I preordered last November a few different Christmas pairs as a birthday and Christmas treat for myself, unfortunately due to stock delivery I didn’t get till after new year, but I have to say Clomana was brilliant in answering my emails and gave the choice to cancel with a voucher to spend in the shop, I opted to wait and Clomana then sent me some lovely extra free gifts along with my orders, so overall I was absolutely over the moon at my orders and even overjoyed at my free gifts, as for the pyjamas, well as per usual they are beautiful and outstanding quality, Girls at Clomana, you have really outdone yourselves and thank you so much for the freebies, you will most definitely be getting my custom time and time again XOX

I couldn’t say anything bad about clomana if I tried. I first tried the marshmallow sponge many years ago while still being packaged like cupcakes (that’s what intrigued me to buy them 😂) I have been using them ever since I couldn’t imagine using anything else for my make up. Using along side the mini marshmallows and the brush and sponge dual cleansers which are the best things I have ever used and of course smell delicious! Everything from clomana has been designed in a way that support sensitive skin. It does indeed help especially the soft skin cream. I have to wear make up every day for work and my skin used to feel like it was burning after I did my skin care but after even a couple days I could feel the difference within my skin.
And CMFRT oh I could not live without cmfrt. I stayed off with a waffle robe when they were getting discontinued I know how over 20 pairs of pjs and 4 robes. I am lucky enough to say I have never had an issue accept for the Connie and Lydia mix up but that was solved quickly by Carley and Ellie. I would just like to say a massive thank you and well done to Chloe and her team for being as awesome as you are and I have loved getting to know you all and being part of the clomana/ cmfrt family ❤️❤️❤️

The best ever. I remember the first even marshmallow Chloe brought out now to the pjs and just received my dressing gown. I can’t take it off!! Can’t fault the products or the team that work alongside Chloe.

The quality of them I’ve found you really can’t beat, you really do get what you pay for in my opinion.

Honestly surprised at the reviews on here most of them don’t make sense. I have purchased from here for years. I have every single pair of pyjamas they’ve ever come out with and not once has the quality been bad. Customer service is also amazing they’ve solved every single problem I’ve had. As a brand they have the most amazing team of people working for them who are genuinely lovely obviously customer service is not the fastest it’s a small business but they always get back to you. The quality on these pyjamas is outstanding and you can tell they really put so much thought into every pair making sure it’s perfect. It’s a small business and there are obviously blips but they are still growing. Highly recommend ordering some things from here you won’t be disappointed. I work 12 hour shifts at the hospital and I cannot tell you how good it is getting straight into these pyjamas after a long shift and a nice bath, it’s the thing I look most forward to every single day. You won’t find pyjamas at this price and quality anywhere with this much variety. It was hard for me to find modest pyjamas that were good quality and had a good price and also didn’t trigger my psoriasis; and Chloe has delivered just that and I can’t ever thank her enough for it. Great creativity as well with so many new prints and colours and other items like pillowcase sets and hot water bottles they genuinely try so much to be innovative and every product has so much thought put into it. Really proud of how far Clomana has come since they started and excited to see what the future is like for them and of course I’m very excited for new pyjamas soon.

The best make up sponges you’ll ever use on your face & THE BEST PJs out there! Any issues I’ve have been solved efficiently from either Chloe or Mia. Love all the products Chloe sells! I could start my own shop with how much I own 😂..

I now have 17 pairs of Cmft pjs and they're the comfiest thing I've ever worn!! Customer service is always top notch and for the way they wash, wear and last they're worth every penny.

I’ve ordered from here multiple times and in love with the products and their quality. It’s mainly the nightwear I purchase but I have got some beauty products from them too. The pyjamas are amazing, great quality and I love the seasonal prints they do in them. They are the ones I like the most. My only feedback is perhaps on the big sales/launches if there could be extra help in the warehouse, adhoc or taken from elsewhere in store/the offices temporarily.

My sister in law introduced me to clomana, I would now not have any other pyjamas, they are unique, so comfortable as soon as you put them on you feel instantly safe and cosy. They are beautiful and the socks that come with them make me smile. My mum and partner also have pyjamas. We are local to the shop/warehouse and we love visiting, Natalie I think it is, hope I have the name right, she has brilliant customer service and nothing is too much trouble and she always goes and see if we can see Roman for a few moments as we are animal lovers. My deliveries are always great, lovely packaged great if you are gifting. Sometimes a short delay on delivery out of Chloe’s hands due to Royal Mail issues in the area, and the festive season only, all other times have come so quickly, it’s worth the extra day! I love the interaction on instagram and it’s exciting seeing new collections. I have also tried the face cream it will change your life my skin is dry and feels amazing. I love the make up cleaner too. Amazing business and I look forward to going in and looking at the products, it feels luxurious when you go in and we always get amazing customer service and it’s outstanding if we get to see Roman too. I’ve been buying from clomana for many years. I swear by their beauty blenders and soft skin cream is absolutely incredible! I am not utterly obsessed with cmfrt to the point it’s taking over my house. The quality is like no other and they wash incredible.
The girls on customer service are always super friendly and helpful and any concerns are always handled quickly.

I have never had a bad product from them at all and even when they experienced delays over the Christmas period with orders, they reached out to inform customers, offered freebies or a refund and their communication was on point.
