Can’t recommend this company enough.

The make up sponges and face cream are fantastic and so far I have yet to find a product that compares.
The customer service needs to be looked into as replies are slow .
I have recently placed an order that took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, this could be improved as the products are not coming from overseas.
Overall I love the brand and the products and hopefully when the brand grows they will hire more staff to pack orders and deal with customer queries.

I absolutely love this brand and i purchased 3 pairs of the pjs in the January sale and it took 3 days for me to be able to pick them up. Chloe and the girls are so polite and friendly and always try their best to make everyone’s experience the best whether that’s online or in the store. I have 5 pairs of the pjs and will be buying more. I’ve even purchased my little girl some too.

The best pyjama’s I’ve ever had, once you try you’ll get addicted & want them in every colour. Never had better costumer services, nothing is ever a problem and they get back to you straight away to help with whatever issue you have.

I absolutely love these pj’s and find the quality to be second to none. On the rare occasion I have had to email regarding an item it was dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. I have bought pairs as gifts as well as for myself and they were extremely well received. I would recommend.

Ordered a Christmas Eve box, they took the order knowing they didn’t have any stock of the pyjamas. They had no communication of this to the customer, if I knew this wouldn’t have ordered. They waited until 16th December to tell customers they didn’t have the pyjamas yet and they’d post the Xmas eve boxes on 22nd Dec when they arrived - useless to me that lives in Northern Ireland. If they actually communicated these issues to the customer it might have been fine but they went radio silence until the very last minute, and customer service is abhorrent.. basically non existent. It took me days ringing to finally get a phone call answered. I ended up paying a lot of money for a Xmas eve box containing pyjamas I didn’t want.. as well as cheap items from SHEIN with their logo on. Love their pyjamas but not worth the money, or the hassle. Avoid at all costs

Have bought both the marshmallow sponge and some pyjamas from them and both are amazing quality. I wouldn't use any other beauty blender and it is a tool I use every day. I got a mystery box for the pyjamas and I love them they are so comfortable and not usually a colour I would go for but I still love. I do feel customers would be communicated with more about estimated delivery time but that would be the only thing.

Think i own almost everything this brand has brought out, from the first ever dressing gown in 2022! I have always had an amazing experience with quality and customer service! Will always continue shopping here!

Have been ordering from here since June last year and the pyjamas are the best ever and worth every penny.

Have ordered during new releases and sales and delivery does take a little longer but you are always informed before ordering.

Super fast delivery every other time and customer service are amazing to deal with when I did once have a small issue about missing socks.

Soft skin cream has worked wonders for my rosacea skin.

Love ordering from clomana, the quality of their products is unmatched! Especially the CMFT pyjamas. Every time I’ve communicated with the team I’ve always had a prompt response from them. Although delivery times can be frustrating at times, it’s worth it for the products.

Love the pjs, probably have in the range of about 15-20 pairs now and I will continue to buy more 🙌🏼 never had any issues with customer service, iv always had a reply the same day and when we got eventually got our pre orders after Christmas of the Connie and Blair pjs my box must of had anywhere between £20/£30 worth of free CLOMANÁ products in it as an apology for the late arrival!!

I love everything about Clomana. The sponges were the first things that I discovered 5 years ago. I have purchased so many since then because you can never have enough marshmallow sponges! Near the end of 2025 I invested in CMFRT after being quite sceptical of the price of them but I now see why because they are the comfiest & most breathable pjs I’ve ever had, I now have Penelope, Flossie & Connie. I’m normally quite body conscious when in PJS but CMFRT ones make me feel so nice in my body and I sleep better too. They are perfect for my sensitive eczema prone skin. I recently bought the Flossie robe and I literally live in it - it’s the cosiest robe I’ve ever had. I love that it has a button and built in robe tie! Love love love clomana and cmfrt. Cmfrt has become a part of my routine especially on my days where I feel down & need self care comforts which I now get from Cmfrt / Clomana. Can’t wait to see what you bring in 2026🥰🩷

Ordered multiple times for delivery and collection.
On one occasion my item wasn’t available so changed the order but the customer service were brilliant via email. Would get back to me within 24 hours and promptly sorted the issue. In busier periods it’s been a longer wait for items but this is understandable as it’s a small team. Everyone is always lovely when I’ve popped in for my order too.
