Good experience from ordering to delivery. Quality products however a bit more expensive but that could be for the quality.

I found the service and communication really good cannot comment on the furniture yet as am planning it to go on our decking which is not complete.

Great customer service
Great customer service they went above and beyond in helping us with a damaged table that had nail Polish tipped over it.
They supplied the new parts needed to fix the damage free of charge.

Great initial service and fast…
Great initial service and fast delivery.
Delivery guys wete friendly and efficient.
The only reason it hasn't got 5 stars was thay I had to chase for delivery as I had missed one call from them and then they cancelled the order.
No bother though as the order was then delivered the week after.
The product looks to be as expected but we've only just started using it, so I can't comment on longevity.
Overall a great experience.

Well made,designed and packaged product.Took little time to figure out how the corner unit fits together.However when placed together formed lovely 5 seater outdoor sofa.Little cramped for 5 adults but comfortable with great cushions provided.
