Our delivery times are 3-9 working days, as clearly stated when the order was placed. Our customer service team is available during business hours, Monday through Friday. Very poor communication
Very poor communication - Waited the allotted dispatch time and still no emails or contact from the company. No way to call them and takes days to respond to emails or their contact us form. Just want an email to say the garden furniture will be dispatched on XX date or it's delayed - only response received was wait longer. Not good waiting so long.
Update: Thanks for your response - But like the title of my review it's about lack of communication. A simple email of your item will be shipped on X date than no communication at all. We haven't received any dispatch email or notification so are still waiting again over your expected time frame, even though you promised it would be dispatched yesterday.

Willow corner seating and FirePit table EXCELLENT CS
Purchased an L shaped seating set - complete with fire pit table / stool and bench seat. Willow modular corner with fire pit table.
Quality is fab. Very good quality. Fitted together easily and it’s very comfortable.
12 months later …. I had misplaced one of the feet from the fire pit table …. Sent off a quick email to see if I could purchase a spare one. ClubRattan were very helpful and arranged to send me one.

5 stars – Fantastic service and a beautiful Harmony Sofa Corner set
I recently purchased the Harmony Sofa Corner set from Club Rattan , and I’m absolutely thrilled with the entire experience. The sofa set is not only beautifully designed but also incredibly comfortable and well-built. The garden set is okay for the price
The garden set is okay for the price, but just be aware it’s not actual rattan — it’s plastic. Still, it looks nice once assembled and is functional. Customer service was lovely and very professional, which made the whole process much easier.

Assembly issues
Assembly is the biggest issue with parts poorly/incorrectly labelled so instructions became useless. Looks nice when assembled and is comfy but be warned, you may have to improvise the assembly.

Cover replacement
I asked for the most appropriate cover for furniture purchased in 2024 that is no longer a stock item. I was advised of the most suitable model and purchased the cover. It fits really well and is a better quality fabric that the one it replaces. Thank you for your advice.
